It was exactly as I expected! 1/ The hotel arrived at 6 o'clock in the evening and couldn't find the porter, so it took half a day to arrive late! 2/ Need to book a taxi at the front desk, I waited for half an hour (the hotel is on the side of the main road, the location is good). 3/ Change the change to the front desk and tell me that there is no change (there is change at the front desk when checking out) Speechless! 4/ The hotel only has a bathtub. When I checked in, I found unknown hair in the bathtub. It was disgusting! 5/ The service of the restaurant and the food in the restaurant are not up to the standard of a four-star hotel. It’s not worth mentioning that it’s unpalatable, and the service quality is not good. If you haven’t finished eating the western food plate, it will be taken away for you. The food in the buffet at night will appear in the breakfast on the table (can't stand it). 6/ This is the reason why I hate this hotel the most. On the night of check-in, when I was packing my luggage, the housekeeping department opened the door with a master key without knocking and came in. He said he was bringing me water, which shocked me. He wanted to Immediately quit, I was scolded by me, I thought it was wrong afterwards, I have never encountered such a thing in my life, and then we made a big deal, the general manager met and apologized and compensated me for seven days of free stay. I just hope that the time will pass and I will leave this hotel soon, it tortured me to death! (Maybe some people can't understand, why don't you just open the door! Think about it in another way: I am a woman who is traveling with a 17-year-old daughter, and a man directly opens the door and enters your house. You can imagine how angry you will be. Fortunately, I didn't see anything I shouldn't have seen, otherwise I would have poached his eyes!) To sum up the above six points, this hotel is useless except for its better location, and I will never step into this hotel in the future. This hotel does not deserve four stars! (Compatriots can consider the Radisson Hotel, which meets the five-star standard, the price is affordable, and the location is not bad. The Radisson Hotel saved our vacation in the last week!)
