I LOVE staying at the Aloft in Lubbock! The atmosphere is so zen and calming, and the beds make you feel like you don't want to leave. I love how quiet it can be and you're right there in the midst of all the things to do! Loads of places to eat

Restroom dirty

I loved the modern look of the hotel. Staff and cleanliness were on point.

We loved the decor and comfort of the hotel and room. It was clearly newly renovated, but there is already quite a bit of wear and tear. Front desk operator was very friendly and helpful. She encouraged us to go down to the bar and they would help us. But when my family went downstairs to ask about food service, the bartender was unwilling to help. However, there are numerous restaurants in the area and we had a great meal. Just be prepared to go out. Wallpaper damage in the hallways, etc. In our room, the AC unit cooled very nicely, but it was noisy and dripped water all night. In the morning, there was a puddle near my luggage and my clothes were damp inside. Don't leave your stuff near the AC unit!

Spent two weeks here and loved it! If you like really hot showers, this might not be the place for you. Water was always warm but not as hot as I prefer at home. Loved the games in the lobby.

The place was very unclean. Didn’t realize that animals were welcome to stay. Pool was very tiny and only 3ft deep. Over all we will not be staying again.

There was an issue next to our daughters room, where the occupants were playing music very loudly at night, and the hotel staff promptly took care of this. Thank you very much. We had a great experience. We actually stayed there two weekends in a row. Every time we stay in Lubbock, we will definitely return to this hotel.

The Good: I really liked the decor and overall 'vibe' of the hotel, the staff was friendly and the location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The Not So Good: The common spaces such as the elevator and pool were dirty and the room was clean but not thoroughly clean, like behind the doors in the toilet area had been missed. The drinks at the bar were also quite overpriced.

We were only for the night and the place was so loud I’ve never heard so many noises in one night. Loud stuff banging falling pots pans sounded like a kitchen and construction going on at same time. Other than the noice it was fine.

Modern and comfortable. Felt safe in the room. Loved the communal area with bar and pool table.

My favorite hotel in Lubbock! Games for the kids and a bar for adults. Modern comfortable rooms.

We enjoyed our stay however it appeared as if our room was only half cleaned. The bed was made and we had clean towels, however the rug needed to be vacuumed, there was no handsoap in the bathroom (there was a random travel sized shampoo bottle that looked like it had been left behind from a previous guest), and there was quite a bit of dust on the cups and tissue box in the bathroom. We stayed here last minute so we did request some toiletries- toothbrushes, toothpaste and bathroom handsoap, but were never given the soap, so we used the shower gel.

There was no coffee available downstairs except for the little room coffee makers. Hotel seemed worn and dirty, in general. Back door would not open with key. Treadmills were out of order. Stayed here in past and was pleased, but this time was not great!

Good location Restroom privacy is important and there is little to no privacy. I’ve visited several locations and this one is not the tidiest. Overall. Safe stay. But I’d prefer more privacy and more cleanliness.
