It was a convenient location but lots of noisey people seem to congregate late in the evening and needed window open due to heat. Would have been fine in cooler weather with window closed.  I found all the staff very friendly and would stay again. Room was spacious.

The hotel was clean which was the most important to us the location great and the staff were very friendly.  Thank you

A small hotel just by the Central railway station. We stayed for one night, everything was OK. Not sure, why it is called creative though, looks pretty normal to me — save for the coloured glass window from the room to the bathroom. If you arrive late, the check-in is in the hotel around the corner. Went nice, no problem.

Location very strategic, near to Muenchen Central Station. To the airport, you can take S1 or S8. Very simple and no need to transfer. Coffee is free as long as reception open and quite good coffee they have.

I've had a great stay at this hotel. Located just near the Hauptbanhof, it was very comfortable: easy to go to the airport & close to the main sightseeing in the center, so I didn't have to use metro. Many shops nearby. Room was quite clean & very warm, which was a great point for me. No problems with hot water, soap & shower gel were provided. Very comfortable bed. It was a bit noisy outside and not as dark at night as I'd like to be (because of the outside lights), I could hear guests from the next room, but thankfully they were not very noisy. Coffee machine & water on the ground floor avaliable 24/7. Wifi worked perfectly.

Hotel location near to train station, just within 5 minutes walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. For my personal suggestion, if your mother language or 2nd language are not English, you may download Global Translator App, it will help you while communicate with the staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights in December. Self check-in instructions and have to check in from another hotel (Hotel Amba) which is right around the other street. Breakfast is also in served in Hotel Amba. Reception is not 24/7. Good for one night stay. They allow leaving luggage for storage after check-out. No free drinking water. They have coffee machine near reception.

The hotel was ok. The location is excellent, being just a few blocks off away from Hauptbanhof. I found the staff not overly friendly though. They weren’t rude; they just didn’t seem happy to be there. The thing that stood out though was that the crepes they served on the second morning were clearly from the day before and were rock hard and inedible. Another thing was that my room was serviced each day even though I didn’t ask for that. I hadn’t put up the sign on the door indicating that I wanted my room serviced. Overall, the hotel was ok for its price, but I’m not sure I would stay there again.

Just a stone throw from the central train station where you can even get your meals on Sundays at the station when most of the shops are closed. The furniture looks old but the bed was comfortable.

We arrived at 11pm and have to go to different hotel to get key to the room , says 24 hr reception, very disappointing, room wasn’t clean as it should be , bed sheet was dirty , noise was pretty bad , but nice location close to train station

The staff was friendly. We had a nice and cozy stay! We were looking forward to having breakfast but when we got to the common space around 8am, there was nothing prepared but coffee and tea which was a little sad…

First of all, we stayed for 2 nights. Our room was very nice and clean. Thank you Ms. Monica. - The rooms have a wardrobe, television, nightstand. - The bathrooms were big enough and clean. There is toilet paper. - The staff is very attentive and helpful. - Internet is very fast - Teas and coffees are free downstairs and this is a great gesture. -Transportation to everywhere is very easy, you can walk to the square in 10 minutes. -If you want to come to the airport, you can take S1-S8. Be careful before you get on the S1, it should say airport in front of it, there is another S1 going to another place. Breakfast in the morning, -Hotel Amba from 7 to 10 pm on the 1st floor. It's a nice and clean hall. - Breakfast items such as butter, cream cheese, cereal, orange juice, coffee, eggs, bread, cheese, etc. To summarize, it was far beyond our expectations and we were satisfied. Thank you.

Small room and old looking toilet. Noisy environment, people (taxi drivers) shouting late at night. Flat pillows.
