Ridiculously tiny room. And I mean, not being able to leave your suitcase into the bedroom or kove around the bed. Unbearable stench in the bathroom (clogged pipes). Very noisy.
This is not a 4 star hotel, at all.
Breakfast was average.
Walkable to/from Munich train station (Hauptbahnhof)

名字叫Munich Deluxe Hotel，但實際check in 要到相鄰右側的MunichCity去。因為沒有指示和提醒，一開始沒有找到，在門外轉了好幾圈。
前台人員一共接觸了三位，兩位男士不是很熱情，懶懶散散的。女士很熱情，提供了一些指示和講解。
電視裏有Netflix和Disney頻道，免費wifi的速度令人滿意。
免費的早餐不錯。品類比較豐盛，牛奶很香。

The room is well worth the price, and a good breakfast is included, yes. It’s close to the main train station, most attractions and restaurants are within walking distances, the area is in a quiet neighborhood, away from any major disturbances, I would recommend this hotel, at a good price.

The hotel is very close to the Munich ZOB and also the Theresienwiese U-bahn stop. We stayed for one night because we had an early-morning appointment in Munich, and we were arriving/departing via FlixBus and also needed access to the subway. I will gladly stay there again and for longer given we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and the breakfast.

Convenient Hotel within walking distance to Oktoberfest. Also about 10 minute walk to the Hackerbruck Station (S-Trains) and Main Munich Train station.

The pros… great proximity to park. Courtyard facing was nice
Cons… very small room without a chair, hooks for towels, broken electrical socket, leaking toilet or cubby in shower for shampoo, etc

The room was dirty. The air conditioner didn’t work. They did not fix the air conditioner and would not move me to another room. Would not give a refund. I would definitely recommend to stay somewhere else.

I really wasn’t expecting much from the appearance outside the building but was pleasantly surprised. Modern clean excellent breakfast across from a nice shopping mall walkable to train station nice staff close to Oktoberfest. Only negative was the air conditioning is kinda lukewarm air that blows, not cools, and shuts off when not there because key not in the wall electricity socket.
