1. Lift Tidak Bekerja Sepanjang Akhir Pekan dan kamar saya berada di Lantai 2 Rm 212.
2. Tidak Ada Handuk yang Disediakan Untuk Kamar Saya sepanjang akhir pekan ke Rm #212 saya.
3. Semut dan Serangga di mana merangkak di seluruh meja kantor di Rm 212 saya, harus pergi ke meja depan dan membersihkan dan menyemprot kamar saya sendiri.
4. Saya ingin pengembalian uang untuk semua uang yang saya habiskan untuk kamar ini di Court Yard Marriott?

The courtyard was dated. Floor of the pool and spa area was sandy needed to be cleaned. Definitely not up the courtyard standards

When I checked in I was notified that the pool and hot tub we not available but when I booked the room it said it was My first room that I received the heater didn't work very well the csr was quick in getting me another room we bought some food to put in the fridge that was in the room had mold in it. The hotel couldn't give me a discount or any refund due to booking through a third party

Asked for conjoined rooms call the day before arrival said they cannot do that asked for side by side rooms was told that wouldn’t be a problem I arrived to be told then they couldn’t do that after checking in then I was told the pool and hot tub was out of service my wife turned on one of the lamp it popped and started sparking the was told we could use the pool at there sister hotel drove there with are 6 kids for the water to be so cold you couldn’t even swim

The bathroom had mold on the tub and shower curtain. The odor in the room was overwhelming. The curtains on the window had many tears and cuts. Room was not stocked with coffee or cups. We only stayed the night because we were tired after driving 600 miles and no refund was offered. On the other hand, the staff was excellent! I cannot say enough about how accommodating the young man at the front desk was.
