They always do welcome for me and make me feel as VIP....all staffs are very helpful and friendly.....breakfast menu is amazing and dinner menu also....... Special thank you to GM for good welcome gesture.... Front office team Pawandeep, Ryan, Rakhi are wonderful and supportive... I will come back

Overall, we had a great time. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeping was also great. Rajdeep was always there to make sure our room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center & rooftop pool was good. The personal trainer, Neel, was really knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside was that the front desk staff wasn't always very helpful when we called from our room.

Hotel is fantastic and i want to rate 7 star not 5. This is the best hotel in mumbai compared to other hotel in this area. I am staying here from 17th may to till date . Special thanks to Room service guy Shakeel and Aadesh who keeps my room clean on daily basis and In restorent Hrishi who make me happy daily . I stayed here from more than 30 days and i don’t want to leave until my long business trip is going on. Thanks for all other staff like sayali , pooja and many more which i don’t know by name but all are very helpful and now they know me by my name. Thanks rescission hotel keep going and maintain same passion.

Radisson Blu didn’t fell short of the hospitality provided. They looked into the minutest of details and want to shout out loud to Jessica for being such a good host. The food and the room were top notch and would refer to one and all for their stay in Mumbai

This is a great hotel and on arrival it was a welcome refuse from the relentless traffic and noise outside. The lobby exhibited calm and good organisation. We were particularly helped by a lovely female security guard in the lobby. Check in was fast and got a high floor facing the main road /airport side. Great room, clean and well thought out lighting. RBM is a new hotel and it feels like it. The maintenance is spot on and the whole experience feels right. Noise is nothing to deal with though. On my 1 night stay there is the inevitable honking and tooting outside but there was also road drilling until 2am… not the fault of the hotel of course Maybe ask for a garden view if you are a light sleeper although my colleague who was on that side also mentioned he could hear a lot of traffic. Breakfast was great with very helpful staff explaining the dishes. Lunch was also very good again with lots of staff ensuring you are well looked after. For dinner we decided to walk a few minutes to a great seafood Sri Lankan restaurant called Malabar Tribes. This is a great option outside the hotel and it will serve booze too. I’d certainly return here again if travels take me to Mumbai again

overall stayed was good with hygiene room and well maintanence. food was delicious staff was co operative and so helpful gym was perfect and enjoyed swimming pool with beautiful city view the location was near with airport everythings available all I need so I will make sure to visit this hotel again 🥰

The hotel room and amenities are very good. It's neat and clean. The house keeping department take really good effort to maintain the hygiene. Pankaj, Dheeraj and Ashish the employee of house keeping department are very humble and do justice with their jobs. Apart from this the other employees and staff are also very friendly and helpful and the food is also super delicious. Best place to stay if you prioritize your luxury and comfort.
