Theory9 Premium Serviced Apartments Bandra

Had a great time at this beautiful apartment. It was so comfortable & the service was amazing. The staff was super friendly & helpful. Everyday without even asking they used to come & check with us if we need anything or not. Food at the restaurant is also really good. They have a great variety of options on the menu. The breakfast buffet was delicious too with a nice spread of dishes. Only problem I had was with the Wifi. The speed wasn’t great & had to finally use my mobile hotspot to get through my virtual meetings. But overall it was pretty good experience.

We had a couple of week stay at Theory9 over the Christmas / New Year period and had mixed feelings about the place. The good news is the location is quite good. You're quite close to Hill Rd, so shopping and restaurants are a short ride in a rickshaw. The staff are also very friendly and try to be as helpful as possible. The rooms are neat and clean. Now the bad news... Our room faced Turner Rd and the noise from the street and the neighbouring construction seems to be unrelenting. Also, our window didn't seem to close properly which just made the noise worse. I tried to get change a few times from the front desk and it always seemed to be a problem, I don't know why. The TV was really difficult to use. To try to get to cable channels you needed two remote controls and it was not intuitive - not fun. Overall, for the price we paid I was expecting a far better experience and I don't think I'd like to stay here again.

We were looking for a safe, hygienic and a place with good connectivity and this pretty service apt checked all the three boxes..neatly done, unique and clean rooms. Dining and kitchen area is a shared space with four rooms but you have absolute privacy in respective rooms with no disturbance. Safe and homely environment !! Friendly staff catering your necessities with no hesitance and smile on the face. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the place :)

The appartment was well designed and quite clean. Almost felt like a hotel and staff were quite friendly. Food is also prepared on request. Though there was not much options but was delicious. Definitely recommend to stay for next time your in Bandra.

We a group of 4 ladies from Singapore and we are so glad that we chose Theory 9 Bandra! We were delighted that our rooms and the property photos online were just the same in real or even better! Clean rooms n toilet, pantry area where there's a huge table to sit n chat n one doesn't have to be confined to their room all the time and there is even a beautiful rooftop however there was some renovations work going on there during our stay in September 2023. What amazed us most was the hospitality radiating from security to room cleaning staff. They were polite and responded immediately to our requests. At a point during our stay, we left behind a package from our shopping in an Ola cab and the front desk staff and even the management staff helped us contact Ola.. the package was not recovered but we will never forget the assistance given by Deandra, Abhijeet, Rahul and Property Mgr - Yohaan / Madhav. We are so thankful to you and your team. Our stay felt like we were with a family. Awesome shopping and nearby food recommendations were provided by Rahul. Abhijeet created a Watsapp account to keep us updated on the possibility of getting our lost package. Deandra and property mgr practically spent hrs trying to hunt down driver and get in touch with the Ola hotline. We will definitely choose Theory 9 again when we visit and you will be our 1st choice of recommendation!
