Ulasan ITC Grand Central, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Mumbai

We had taken the ITC membership plan with great expectations of having a relaxing stay.. Unfortunately construction work and very poor staff brought our expectations and level of satisfaction down several notches... Service was poor and asking for a room change needed multiple reminders and a visit to the front-desk.. Nothing was done to make up for this, even at the time of check out, when we bought this to the notice of the person, they dismissed us, saying one should expect noise and inconvenience when repair/construction is ongoing... also car parking was chaotic, since we had a driver who could not be with the vehicle in their basement parking, owing to which he had to park on the street and when he left for tea, the car was towed... we were not compensated for the fine which is the least I would expect that from a 5-Star property to a customer who has bought their membership. however other than selling the membership it doesnt look like they are interested in wowing their customer. The property is nice and artistic... however not a large spread... they have activities such as yoga and a good gym/swimming pool for everyone to enjoy. I would strongly advise anyone from purchasing their membership and chose Tata/Taj/Renaissance as a better option.
