Best hotel in Mount Abu, highly recommend. As we reached to the hotel staff welcome us, drop our luggages to the room, receptionist guys mr kailash and bharat are very polite and helpful. Cleaning was superb. One thing I like the most is walk way and garden play area. Well maintained and well organised. Food is awesome. There are lots of options in Morning Breakfast and it was so delicious. Thank you hotel star⭐ villa staff.

Pathetic service & cooperation at the time of checkin. My brother & husband were not allowed to checkin due to stag entry. Which was not clarified at the time of booking. After asking behaviour was pathetic. You guys are proving each day that you guys shouldnt be sitting at such place. Learn some ethics. Its a fraud & scam place

First of all They provided us a very third class room with charging point broken toilet and with third class service. When complained about the services they started fighting. Very bed experience.

Please include charging points near bed. Both should be working. Out of so many plug points only one was working. Tea and coffee isnnot available till 7 am. This first time i am listening this minimum requirement not getting fulfilled even during winters.

Hotel rooms were not satisfactory. It was not at all looking like super deluxe. Maintenance zero. Breakfast was ok, not much choices. Cleaning and room service staff were well behaved and helping. All over my hotel stay experience was 2 star rating. I am not happy with services.
