Nice ambience and environment. Friendly staff and great service. Masarap din foods nila sa restaurant. May mga hut sila beside 1 of the pools malapit sa resto. Ang sarap tumambay dito at mag chill lang. Beach is nice, hindi nga lang white sand at may parts na biglang malalim or mababaw. Ang ganda ng pools nila, may part na malalim, so you should be careful. Medyo maliit lang yung room pero comfy at malinis. Sulit ang stay namin. We want to go back soon. If you're looking for a quick getaway that’s close to Manila but far from the noise and hustle, this is a perfect spot to unwind and relax.

While the overall stay was relaxing, location is somewhat difficult to arrive at if you do not have a vehicle. Beach front good. Restaurant service was satisfactory, some items on menu being not available, is disappointing and service varied at times slow, Jessa in particular stood out for her attentive bubbly friendly nature always welcoming with a smile. Coffee machine apparently broke down so no back up to even make an instant coffee (i.e., boil a kettle), on our last day Had to pay a fee per hour to either play darts or billiards (pool) which personally I don't believe in house guests should have to pay. Check in was efficient as well as check out with reception staff polite friendly and professional.

PROS The location is great. The beach is calm which is perfect for kids. The breakwater houses small fish and my daughter got the chance to snorkel near the shore. It's also nearby a beautiful church (see photo) and some food atores outside. You can bring your own food. The staff try to attend to your need The restaurant food (Fernando's) is taste good. They have 2 pools - saltwater and freah water pool. Both can accommodate kids and adults. They have a gym that tou can use. There are vendors near the beach area so you can easily buy pasalubong (quite pricey though) CONS We stayed in Tyang 6 room (deluxe room) and it was very much outdated. The room is dark and mouldy. The beds were old, plastered with packaging tape just so the wooden planks keep its place. The wooden walls are swollen, with cockroaches going out of it. Rooms are the biggest disappointment for me. The resort allows pets to roam around so it kind of smells like wet dogs and you have to be vigilant of dog poop unattended. The cabanas outaide are not attended to, we had to clean it ourselves. It was dirty. Common showers and CRs are not cleaned and men use the women's toilets.

I enjoyed the place so much. Konti lang tao but so good kasi wala dami tao.

I have got several issues with their staffs. For a business that had been existing for a quite a while, you would expect for their staff to be well trained when it comes to dealing with their guests. I could not provide into further details due to restrictions on the number of characters for this review so I will just sum it up: 1) Very rude, unprofessional and untrained staff - Both at hotel reception and restaurant. They seem so almighty and so high strung to apologise for their shortcomings or errors. Such crappy customer service these guys provide and so snubby. 2) Blood on bed linen, please see attached photo. No one in my group is on their period at this time. I would more than happy to provide further details if I can. Unfortunately, in this platform, I am not restricted. So yeah, the disappointment never ends. I was just glad that this booking was only for one night. Otherwise, it would have been very disastrous. So yeah, that is 1 STAR. If I could give ZERO star, I would.

Rude and inefficient staff. Bathroom sink was clogged.

The beach is not that good. The place feels so monochromatic and boring. Nevertheless, Service is good.

Time for room improvement, rooms are a bit old. And include hot water in the shower.

Very affordable and convenient

Maganda ang serbisyi ng lugar, medyo may mga kaunting sira ang mga kwarto. Wala silang signage para sa PWD at Seniors Citizen Hindi sila nagbibi*** o nag aalok ng room sa ground floor para sa Senior Citizen. Mahigpit sila sa oras ng check out lalo na s aaming Senior Citizen di nila naisip na dapat ay alalayan nila kami. Ang mga empleyado ay magagalang naman

i've always loved beaches. especially those with white, fine sand. this has a gray, coarse shoreline. our tatay room has a defective lock. we need to push down the handle several times to make the metal latch come out and complete its closure. the bathroom floor becomes easily flooded. there is a break in the divider tiles that separate the toilet from the shower. guests are prone to slip or trip. the food was so-so. our packed lunch on our last day consisted of a cup of rice, 3 pcs of fish fillet and a very sad-looking bland noodles. we bought additional meals along the way to satisfy our hunger. our conference venue has no toilet. we need to go back to our respective rooms just to relieve ourselves. the service staff is its only redemption.
