My only complaint was that our loft (facing St Vincent) was so loud due to a nightclub or something like that that made us feel we were at the party. No one could sleep! But all else was perfect. Easy valet parking.

Staffs were extremely friendly as this is our first time in Montreal. Place was tidy and cozy. Lots of amazing things around our stay as well! Highly recommend for privacy and comfort.

The Lofts were separate from the main hotel, but were really nice and walkable to everything in Old Town.

The lofts are not in the same building as the hotel but are spacious and give you the feel of a private apar**ent. We enjoyed the space and would recommend to others. Note that they are located above a restaurant so there is some ambient noise while it is open.

Centrally located. The loft was not located in the hotel but across the street. It was very spacious and the small kitchen was great for snacks etc. The only down side was there was no elevator. Climbing 5 flights of stairs after a long day was not ideal. They do help with luggage.

We stayed in a loft apar**ent for 3 nights and our stay was wonderful.
Check in is at the hotel where the staff was friendly and helpful. They dropped us in our car at the apar**ent then valet parked the car. The accommodations were clean, roomy and stylish. The location was very convenient.
The only thing to note for those with mobility issues is the lack of elevators but we did not find it to be an issue.
I cannot say enough good things about our stay and would absolutely stay again as well as recommend to friends and family.

We stayed at the apar**ent. Super spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. A bit noisy, at times. Excellent location. The staff was very nice and helpful. Maude's recommendations were excellent.
