The first room I went into was a MESS. But the staff were so nice and gave us a new room. I think if they did renovations, the building could be amazing!

i liked that it was close to Bell Center. It was run down and showing its age. Very noisy from other clients and street noise.

Location was great, we were in town for a hockey game so we were able to walk to the bell centre easily. The downside was the shower but over all hotel was fine. Location was more important 😁

A great cost effective option in downtown Montreal. Great downtown location and near public transportation. The hotel is older but recently renovated and was really clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable and the room was pretty quiet. Would stay here again.

I gave this 4 stars. Great location, price was very affordable, it was clean, breakfast was included, steps away from everything you need. Parking was available across the street. Staff was friendly. But it loud. I can hear people talking in the hallway and walking in and out of their rooms all night. I didn’t sleep well despite a very comfortable bed.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed on couple 100$ hotel and it’s not as bad as this! it was an overnight stay for a long drive the next day. the moment I entered the room, I almost threw up. carpets are stained, tv was not working, bed are dirty with hair all over it, towels are stained. telephone in the room was filthy! i mean everything was terrible! They changed our room to a different one, but same thing hair all over sheets, stained carpet, stained toilet bowl and towels!!!! it was a nigh**are!

Price was reasonable until I realized no parking was included. Cost an additional $70. for off-site parking for 2 nights. Room was narrow, no bedding for the pull out, 2 towels and 1 face cloth provided. Sink did not drain well and tv remote was dead. Balcony door did not seal good and much noise from the alley below at night. Bathroom door was hard to secure. Staff was happy to provide extra towels when asked. Excellent location near the Bell centre and downtown parking.
