SCAM! This hotel is not as advertised. This is not a hotel, it used to be and used to serve food but someone has taken it over and let it deteriorate. Firstly there is no front desk. We arrived and there was a phone with a phone number to call, the phone didn’t work. A guy showed up late for check in and ran upstairs to make our bed. He left his motorcycle gloves on our bed and ran out. There was no hello or sorry or welcome or anything. The electronic panels to let you inside your room are broken so they have left holes in the wall outside and just leave a key in your door for you to enter. Security risk! There is no outdoor space as shown in the photos on trip.com, it’s locked and not accessible and as per my photos is dirty and unkept out there. There was no option to get food the kitchen downstairs you could walk into and it smelled but there were no lights in there and the guy who checked us in quickly locked it after realising it was open. Literally every handle came off in our room, the window you couldn’t open as the handle came off, the handle came off the taps, the light was coming out the wall and the door handle came off, talk about a fire hazard. No one came to restock toilet paper or anything so we had to buy our own. The room was clean enough but the coffee machine was full of lime scale. The worst part is we reached out via WhatsApp within an hour of check in to the guy who checked us in to complain and he said to us he would refund us our money so we can leave the hotel, but it wouldn’t be until the next morning. I didn’t trust him and said I needed I refunded before I left the hotel. He sent me a screen shot of a refund but it wasn’t for the correct amount and wasn’t to my credit card. He said the credit card must belong to the supplier who booked our room. We reached out to trip.com and explained what happened and how this hotel is falsely advertised on their website. Frankly trip.com didn’t care one bit. They said unless the hotel approves the refund they can’t issue a refund. We ended up deciding to stay for as long as it took to refund my money. We never got a refund. The hotel guy stopped responding to our WhatsApp. Trip.com informed us days later the hotel said no to a refund. This whole thing is a scam, the hotel and trip.com. I do not recommend booking this hotel, STAY AWAY! and as for trip.com I will no longer be booking with them in the future. They still have this hotel up on their website and said they will look into taking it down but can’t make any promises. We got ripped off so be warned!

No reception and no one there when we arrived so it took half an hour to get in to our room. On leaving someone turned up to say that we hadn't paid although we had already paid via Agoda. In a hurry so paid again now in dispute because the Hotel won't respond to Agoda. Avoid.

Avoid this accommodation, the photos on booking websites do not reflect the actual condition! We arrived and had left within 10 minutes. An open front door led to a dingy and untidy interior. There was no welcome, just a mobile number to call and an unhelpful voice the other end. All the vacant rooms were left with keys in the door, the bathrooms had no toilet paper, the rooms very small and in a tired state with curtains hanging off their tracks. Quite honestly it looked like a doss house!

The staff was 99% of the time absent and when someone did show up could not speak a word in English. No reception. There was one handwritten note in the entrance in French. The front door always unlocked. No change of bins or cleaning of room in 6 days. No toilet paper in 6 days. Breakfast was included in the price but restaurant was closed and we had to walk half hour in order to find breakfast. Tiny room with no space to walk around and for two 10kg luggages. The shower flooded but no one was there to help. The fire alarm went off one day no one informed us the reason. One tea bag for 6 days stay. TERRIBLE experience worst hotel I have ever been. I am really wondering how this “hotel” got 3 stars.

Attention arnaque! Chambre payée le 16/10, annulée par l'hôtel sans explication le 2/11, jamais remboursée. Le site boutique hôtel et le service check my guest sont aussi coupables de référencer une pure arnaque

Quelle déception ! Notre séjour chez vous n’a été que déceptions …Nous sommes venus déjà 3 fois auparavant ; quelle descente vertigineuse depuis notre dernier séjour! Aucune information ne nous a été transmise et nous n’avons trouvé qu’un « hôtel fantôme » plus de réception, plus de petits déjeuners, une chasse d’eau qui fuit toute la nuit et une télévision qui mal connectée se met en marche (!) la nuit et qui persiste dans nos 2 chambres. Et enfin, la peinture qui est abimée un peu partout. Le jardin terrasse, si charmant auparavant est laissé à l'abandon. Plus aucun intérêt vu qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant à proximité directe. Comment pouvez vous encore proposer des services aussi nuls à des clients et ceci au prix de plus de 100-150 euros la nuit ..un scandale , inutile de vous dire que vous ne nous reverrez pas ni moi ni mes enfants . Une honte .
