I like that we felt safe, the breakfast was very good and had several options. The only thing was the mattress was too soft on the sides and it felt like I was sliding off. They were soft and comfy. The sheets smelled very clean. Oh and the restaurant hours are different than what was posted. So we missed out on late dinner.

despite arriving hours after check in time, our room was not ready. We had to wait about 20 minutes. Also the sink faucet sprays all over the place. It's hard to brush your teeth with the water spraying. This hotel used to provide 2 water bottles in each room and now there are none.

The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is not worth your time. We sat down and ordered right away, it was 30 minutes before waiter return with drinks, appetizers, and all the food. Food was average. Waiter brought me the bill and disappeared. He came back 15 minutes later. Paid the bill and noticed that had already added on the tip. Services was horrible.

Did not provide hand towel, zinc did not have cover, until fourth night after complaining

It’s a good hotel in comparison to its cost. The hotel rooms are extremely humid but for a quick stay it works

I love this hotel. Second time I stayed there and everyone is so friendly

Located near exit to many states such as San Luis Potosí / Guanajuato/ Michoacán. Close to one of the nicer parts of Monterrey. Breakfast buffet good, if anything it would be great to add an extra toaster. Rooms are great with outside noise and black out is amazing. Free parking and friendly staff.

It was just right for the needs I had at the moment.

Hotel was clean and staff was attentive and professional. Only observation was that we had to wait until the evening to get towels as the hotel was busy during the week/weekend and bathroom towels were not available upon arrival.
