An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day…
I definitely plan to come back and stay…

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

Arrived at 3 but was told that the room wasn’t ready. Returned at 6:30. The room was still not ready. Very disappointed. It’s a nice place but if there’s no room for prepaid guests, there’s no point. Skip this one.

Very intimate all inclusive resort. Sraff excellent. Shantal, a manager very helpful with our only issue. Food was good, bartenders all great. We enjoyed the beach the most. We have come two years in a row and planning to be back next year.

Horrible food.
Terrible service staff, only act nice for the tips.
The manager at the restaurant refused to give me a carton of milk so I could give the kids in the middle of the night. I literally explained to him but he said no.
The room bathroom was clogged and they didn’t care.
The beach view itself was the ONLY thing that it was amazing.
I would never return to this resort again!!!!

The lack of security at night. I stayed in room for 4 days it had only 1 electrical outlet and it was shared with the mini fridge. The TV did not work during our entire stay. There was no offer of rate small rate reduction for lack of television. The employees made the best of what they work with. The owner of the property need to invest money into needed updates. And add night time security guards since this property is open air facility.
