Fave end of summer getaway. Upscale, peaceful, earthy vibe. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Management in friendly and interactive. Great activities. Delicious food. Would love to see the bar expand their offerings. S’mores every evening! Surfing lessons available for a few with a great instructor. Great staff - super friendly and kind. Shout out to Lacey at the pool for making our stay extra fun. She’s awesome! Walking distance to town. Towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas included at pool and beach. Can’t wait to return!

Very good experience. The ocean is at your doorstep, perfect hotel if you want to relax and enjoy the landscapes. I enjoyed yoga class twice in the morning with great teachers, smores around a bonfire at night with the kids. Landscapes are beautiful. Could hear noises from time to time from other rooms, my only slight complaint about this hotel.

I recently stayed at Marram in Montauk with a few family members, expecting a unique, high-quality experience given all the glowing feedback from my family, who have visited multiple times. However, I have to say this stay was nothing short of disappointing and downright frustrating. I had seen some mixed reviews online before arriving, but I didn’t pay much attention to them, thinking my family’s experiences would hold true. I couldn’t have been more wrong. This place fell dramatically short, and the lack of attention from management was glaring. To start, when we arrived, it felt like there was no one around to greet or help us. The check-in process was impersonal, and we weren’t given any information about the amenities or services, let alone a warm welcome. Then we headed to our rooms, where things went from bad to worse. In one of our rooms, the AC didn’t work, leaving us to deal with a stuffy, uncomfortable space in the middle of a surprisingly warm weekend. Adding to the misery, the bathroom lights didn’t work. We reported these issues to the front desk, hoping for a quick fix. While they did send someone up to address the problem, it was while we were out for dinner, and when we returned, the light worked for only five minutes before going out again. It was honestly laughable. The lack of basic conveniences was baffling. There was no extra water, no vending machines, and no place to get a drink after the front desk closed. The two small boxed waters they provided were warm. This is basic hospitality—any budget hotel would have more than what they offer. Why on earth doesn’t this hotel have a water dispenser or even a vending machine? And they don’t stop there; they had no snacks or light bites during the day at their restaurant. I get it's out of season but with a full hotel pay a chef $1,500 for Friday-Sunday and have them cook something. The so-called “complimentary breakfast” was even worse: some pre-packaged snacks, a couple of sad-looking apples (some were rotten), and practically nothing else. For the price we paid—over $530 with a $75 resort fee—this lack of basic service was insulting. Our room was also severely lacking in essential amenities. The bathroom had little to no toiletries, leaving us scrambling for basics we’d expect to find in any hotel, let alone one charging luxury prices. The “resort fee” apparently goes nowhere because this place barely even provides what’s needed for a comfortable stay. It seems Marram prefers to put up a front of luxury without actually backing it up with quality. For $*** a night, I expected a decent level of service, not an experience that feels more in line with a budget motel. To top it all off, the property itself was overrun with bees. Every time we tried to sit outside or enjoy any common areas, we had to deal with a swarm of bees, making it impossible to relax. This is an easily fixable issue that any properly managed hotel would address immediately. If you’re going to charge people

Actually a very nice venue right by the thrilling Atlantic Ocean. However, unfortunately any kind of usual service has been missing. Except for a poor continental breakfast that has been made available by unfriendly staff neither drinks nor food have been offered over the day (our booking has been confirmed in the absence of any information that the restaurant and supply with drinks and food will no longer be available during our stay). In case you want to pay a fortune for self-supply you take the right decision if you book this hotel.

Best time to go in Oct. Staff was he friendliest and Helpful! My Grubhub order was super late and Steven (FD Manager) went to pick up for me!! Bamboo and his Staff at Mostrador we incredible. Food is outstanding. Everything was perfect! The bed was do comfortable too.

The essential Montauk experience. Equal parts comfort and chic, with a community vibe that invites connections. Even in the off season, in October, the beachy vibe kept the Summer alive. Programmatically, there was something to love every minute of our stay. I live in the Hamptons and came out for a weekend, after 10 minutes my partner said to me, "We're doing this every October." And we will absolutely be back in Montauk at Marram to grab the last gasps of the Summer. Our room practically opened to the ocean and, if possible, try to get a room on the corner, because you'll get another wide open window with vista of the Atlantic Ocean. Come for the singing bowls, stay for the sound of waves washing away the outside world. I went for the couples retreat and this was an absolute SLAM DUNK for me and my partner. We rode bikes into town and explored more of Montauk than I've ever seen before. Restaurants are still fantastic and especially the MOSTRADOR MARRAM lived up to its considerable hype. Get the Bloody Mary. Get the toast and Jam. Make some time for the programming on-site - you will 100% make new friends and learn something about the spirit of Montauk, alive and well at MARRAM.
