The hotel.is a little out dates and their are some areas that raise questions about the four star quality. However, when my mum made complaints to the management, they were quick to try and make adjustments, and issues we had with the room - like the tap coming off - were sorted promptly. The service staff are all very diligent and hardworking, from the bar tenders, and all the restaurant staff to the cleaners. Very appreciative of their efforts. The animation team are amazing, always talking to guests and putting on activities, they work exceptionally hard - particularly Midou, who puts so much energy, care and effort into everything he does, especially his dancing, it's to be marvelled at, he makes it look 'easy, easy'. They are an amazing bunch of people, and we definately miss them already. Overall, a content and happy stay. All the staff deserve a raise for their hard work - it made a good holiday into a great one! The pool, the beach and the views from the room were lovely. We may well return.
