The old man in the reception is always angry, hope they remove him, he makes me uncomfortable, How can somebody employ an old man with an anger issue in a hotel that should be accomodating and pleasant personalities, disappointed!

Decent hotel to stay at. A bit run down but very clean, the cleaning staff was very nice. Very safe area. Lots of food options and markets that are walkable.

Customer Service is terrible. They will reap you off. I booked accidentally the option with prepayment for may 2023. When I asked the hotel not to return the money they refused. I wanted to choose a more expensive option and pay later but Picolo Hotel refused even after *********** agreed not to charge the commission.

Everything you need, clean, peaceful sleep, privacy from staff, great place to have a good rest from wisdom tooth surgery. Nice TV room at the reception, adaptor plugs selection offered, and perfect room temperature even in winter. Thank you piccolo!

Worst Hotel to stay in Milan, italy. Reception staff is unfriendly and rude. Small hotel rooms with no proper lockers Dirty wahsroom. They ask you for extra money upon check out. I would recommend to avoid staying here management are scammers.

Very dated rooms , poor decor and facilities Paint flaking off walls 3 star facilities with 5 star prices! Black mould in en-suite Had to share my room with ants On check out I know the elderly gentleman was saying remarks about me to his colleague! Breakfast was ok Lift only working from 1st floor Location was handy But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The hotel management and staff are the worst in the business. The best solution for this hotel is bankruptcy and to be closed for good. Don’t think about staying here, you will be very disappointed, and you will not receive any value for your money.
