Diamantis Studios&Apartments

Together with my partner we stay in Diamantis for week end of August/beginning of September and we really enjoyed it. The family who run the place was always very welcoming, friendly and ready to help (thank you for helping us with car rental)Breakfast was made with fresh local products and they provided delicious handmade meals which we appreciated very much. Our room was specious and cleaned every day, the bed was big and comfortable, air conditioning was working without problems. Close to apartment there is Mikri Vigla beach, in my opinion the prettiest on the island:) or if you prefer you can spend time on the pretty pool surrounded by olive trees. so don’t hesitate just book now and I’m sure you won’t regret it!

The Diamantis is in great location, only a short stroll from the beach. My room had sea view, was clean and spacious. The hosts were lovely and I do miss the their super breakfast by the pool. I highly recommend Diamantis.

Very friendly and helpful family and staff, nice pool and views, spacious rooms, very clean, perfect location close to the kite beach and on the other side the bathing beach, the son speak very well English, breakfast also available

We had a lovely stay for one night. Good location with restaurants, supermarkeds and the fantastic Mikri Vigla beaches within short walking distances. Great staff at the hotel. All in all good value for money.

Cancelled my booking on the day when I was departing to Greece although I double checked directly that everything was fine. The worst situation, given the booking is in high season. The alternative offered was supposedly more 'luxury', but had less bedrooms (we would need to share bedroom with elderly parents) and was further away from the Mikri Viglia beach that we intended to use for kitesurfing. It also had not so good reviews. Initially they still offered to stay half of the week at the property (with flexibility to choose which half!), but eventually they pushed us to change the dates to first half. Just extremely disappointed in the way this was done, especially because we double checked and I asked to make sure everything is fine with this booking because I was organising for the whole family of 7!

The studio’s are close to mikri vigla’s 2 beaches. The village is quiet but everything is present. Some good tavernas, 2 beach bars. A supermarket and a bakery. Thé rooms are spacious, clean and have a terrace. They all have cooking facilities and a fridge. The very nice breakfast is served at the pool. The whole family helps. They are so nice and friendly. Families with small children will be happy to see a playground in the garden. We loved this place.

Ενα είναι το σίγουρο ότι όταν ξαναπάω στν Νάξο στα DIAMANTIS STUDIOS θα είναι ξανά η επιλογή μου , το δωμάτιο ήταν τέλειο, όπως και ο Διαμαντης ο οποίος είναι ο ιδιοκτήτης της επιχείρησης είναι ενας νέος που με το χαμογέλο του και την καλοσύνη και την δημιουργικότητα του θα φτάσει πολύ ψηλά. 10 λοιπόν με κλειστά τα μάτια.

Après plusieurs séjours chez « Diamantis Studios », nous avons décidé que notre dernier séjour de plus de 5 semaines de cet été sera notre dernier. Comme d’habitude, la gestion de cet établissement repose en grande partie sur les épaules du fils ainé Diamantis âgé d’une vingtaine d’année, très sympathique et de bonne volonté. Idem pour son père Nikkos, très travailleur et devant s’occuper en même temps de sa propre ferme. Le véritable problème réside dans la présence de la mère Antonia, totalement antipathique, lunatique et sans aucun sens de l’hospitalité. Elle alterne ainsi les jours « avec » et les jours « sans », et ces jours-là, elle est capable d’hurler la journée entière dans toute la résidence ! De plus, en plus de subir le caractère exécrable de cette femme, nous avons été mis au pied du mur et avons été floués quant à notre location. Alors que quelques semaines avant notre arrivée, il nous avait été clairement confirmé que nous aurions le même appartement que les années précédentes, nous nommes vu attribués un studio différent présentant de multiples défauts (douche avec fuite d’eau, réfrigérateur partiellement cassé, poste TV hors service…). Nous aurions cependant pu accepter tout cela si quelques jours après notre arrivée et le paiement intégral de notre séjour (en cash, comme les années précédentes !), on ne nous avait pas dit que désormais, le ménage ne serait plus effectué, que les changements de linge (draps, serviettes) ne seraient également plus automatiques… et tout cela, malgré un prix identique, confirmé par « DIAMANTIS STUDIOS » quelques semaines avant notre arrivée. Cela est tout simplement inacceptable voire malhonnête. Donc en ce qui nous concerne, et même si cela nous fait de la peine pour Diamantis & Nikkos, nous ne retournerons plus chez « DIAMANTIS STUDIOS » et nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller d’en faire de même et de trouver une autre adresse pour séjourner sur Mikri Vigla. Les grecs sont habituellement et traditionnellement tellement sympathiques et accueillants, donc autant choisir des adresses où les touristes sont les bienvenus et non pas considérés comme de seules « vaches à lait » !
