The hotel was bit smaller than expected but all staff were very friendly and helpful.
So our stay was pleasant and location was perfect as easy access to beach as well as great restaurants and shops.

Booked a second night in the hotel room on the same day via trip.com because it was cheaper that way than paying at the property!
However, I will stay again, it s comfy and cosy room with great bed and nice staff.
Unfortunately there is no breakfast due to Covid however there is a station for coffees, teas and water.

Hotel renovado y con encanto. Habitaciones comodas y baños renovados. Personal muy amable. Toallas de playa y paraguas disponibles en préstamo de cortesia. El unico pero es el desayuno, ya que no dispone de zona especifica para disfrutarlo y se junta mucha gente a las mismas horas. Por el resto una gran eleccion en miami beach. Bien comunicado con autobus con downtown y aeropuerto. Segunda linea de playa.

Upon arrival, reception very nice, but our Suite's Air Conditioner didn't work and had been poorly maintained. (We own an air conditioning business). With no other rooms available, they transferred us to a Sister Hotel, The Leslie, which was an extremely nice hotel. Our only complaint is that our original reservation included breakfast. The Leslie hotel would not honor breakfast for us, but told us we could walk back to the original hotel, The Shepley, which was a few blocks away.

The property was very old. Our view was of a building right next to our window. Very small reception area and few places to sit to eat the included breakfast. It is in a very convenient location and we were able to walk to the beach. We had one of the more expensive rooms. It was very clean and the personnel were friendly and helpful.

Most horrible hotel experience ever MOLD EXPOSURE! DONT BE FOOLED BY ALL THE TAKE REVIEWS. Absolutely disgusting pictures speak for them selves not only are they FALSE ADVERTISING WITH DIFFERENT PICTURES ONLINE BUT THE rooms AND THE WHOLE PLACE smell horrible and super humid floors are BEYOND dry rotted this is the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever experienced the moldy smell from hardwood floors is so overwhelming I felt sick just after a few minutes This has to be a safety hazard they refused to refund my money. I will be taking to my attorney
