We're planning on staying here again. Very quiet. Great pool! Enjoyed games of corn hole on the lawn. Friendly accommodating staff. We stayed in H cabin. Bed and room were comfortable. Some things to expect: it's in the mountains, wi fi is mostly good with some occasional glitches. The resort is not modern and the owner's are in the process of slowly upgrading the property. We've been coming up to Pinecrest Lake for over 20 years. We've camped, stayed in vacation rentals, the motel and condos at Pinecrest Village. This is the best value we've found so far. Much better and more affordable than the condos at the Lake. It's only about a 15 minute drive to the lake. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay and met some wonderful fellow guests.

Disappointed in our room. No hair dryer, no drink cups, (glass or plastic), no air conditioner, bathroom shower had mold, towel rack fell off when towel was removed,no Kleenex in the room, no ice maker for lodge (we were told we could buy ice at the Standard gas station down the road!) Understand this place is almost 100 years old. It shows it. Will not be staying here again!

We love staying at the Lodge but more so at the cabins. The owners are so nice ... always allow us to check in early, more so just to drop off our things so we can go play. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Pinecrest Lake or Dodge Ridge to consider staying here.
