Sofitel Mexico City Reforma

Sofitel is certainly the best hotel in CDMX right now. The pool and restaurants are very, very, very good, the rooms beautiful and spacious, and the service is world class. Special thanks to Diego, one of the managers.

I had an amazing experience here at the Sofitel . They made me feel very welcomed on my birthday and took great care of me . The location is great and the views are a PLUS !!! When I come back cdmx definitely will be back

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Sofitel in Reforma, Mexico City, and I must say it was nothing short of awful. From check-in to dining and spa services, our stay was marred by a series of disappointments and inconveniences. Our troubles began at check-in when we were assigned the wrong room. Given that the hotel was fully booked during a holiday period, we had no choice but to accept this mistake. The initial hiccup was a sign of things to come. One of the highlights of our stay was supposed to be the New Year's Eve dinner and festivities. We made reservations in advance and carefully selected our menu choices. I made it explicitly clear that I had a seafood allergy and needed the beef plate. However, on the night of the event, our orders were mixed up. My husband and I ended up eating at different times, and to make matters worse, I was initially served the seafood plate. Though they eventually corrected the mistake, it took an exorbitant amount of time, leaving us frustrated and hungry. We also booked a reservation at the hotel's spa, which turned out to be a major disappointment. First and foremost, it's a stretch to even call it a "spa." We were promised a 60-minute massage and 30 minutes of access to a private relaxation center before our treatment. I arrived 45 minutes early to ensure punctuality, hoping to enjoy the relaxation center with my husband for the allotted time. However, this relaxation center was far from what we expected.

It was a great experience. This hotel it’s beautiful, perfect location, clean, and everyone there was very friendly and nice.

I don’t even know where to begin this is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed at from the minute we were dropped off until we left the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They went out their way to make my daughter’s birthday amazing. The breakfast was great and the staff again was amazing very attentive. The views are to die for here. The area is very safe. I recommend going to the rooftop bar/restaurant drinks are super good . The small bar freehouse also has amazing drinks ! Lastly the restaurant Balta where you can have breakfast if included with your stay is amazing. Overall I can’t wait to stay here in January!

A great, great stay! Excellent customer service from start to finish. I had mentioned that it was my birthday and we got upgraded for our stay to a room that was incredible. The views from their 38th floor restaurant are amazing. We will stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!!
