This boutique-style hotel in, lovely, tree-lined La Condesa that's a quick Uber ride to Paseo de la Reforma is very cozy and convenient. It's also a 20 mins. walk in the opposite direction to La Roma, another lovely neighborhood. The bilingual staff is very friendly and professional. It doesn't have an on-site restaurant, but there are wonderful restaurants right outside that stay open late. And the restaurants in this community are excellent! There's an OXXO two blocks away, and a mom-and-pop grocer that sells homemade items and drinks at the end of the block. The tree-lined streets make it feel like a "neighborhood"...not like you're in the middle of a city. Now, CDMX in general tends to be a little noisier...that's to be expected. There's just no way around that. But I didn't feel like this area was too noisy. Sometimes in the evening you could hear the cars on the streets. But I think they provided ear plus (or at least I have my own). There's a social gathering place on the rooftop. It is very nice, and I don't understand why more people don't use it. There is a workout room and a business center. However, there is no bar, but you can bring drinks up to the rooftop lounge. The rooms are well-appointed with kitchenettes and turnkey. The rooms are also large...lots of space to do yoga. I found this hotel very convenient and more upscale than I anticipated. I'll be paying attention to this brand (Sonder) in the future.
