Resort Sant'Angelo & Spa

The hotel is in a marvellous location, nestled in green hills with fabulous views. We researched it carefully before deciding to go there. One thing we really wanted to experience was the Spa. Other good things about this place is the restaurant. Quality of evening meals really good and the continental breakfast has a good range of choice. It has a roof patio, which is very nice and a swimming pool which I didn't manage to sample. I had a massage costing around €30 which was expertly done. Things started going rocky for us on the first night when someone unlocked our hotel door, while we had the thumb-lock turned from inside and managed to enter. I shouted out and ran to the door but they appear to have run down the stairs. The next day when I complained about it, it was dismissed as if it didn't happen. During the rest of our stay the receptionist did not say that she had looked at security footage or that security was being stepped up. I tried not to make it spoil the holiday but I kept all of my valuables with me at all times and took precautions at night and would advise the same to any visitor. The staff appeared to be obsessed with earning money from what they call 'transfers'. i.e. they act as a taxi service charging jaw dropping amounts. All charges are per person. From the Hotel to Pompei we were charged €50 combined which I had to argue down from the €60 they wanted to charge. We took their transfer because the receptionist told us that to buy a bus ticket online, you needed an Italian phone number. Buses run right from outside the hotel and once you are in a town /city, I recommend that you buy inexpensive bus tickets from a tobacco shop. By the end of the holiday we worked out that in total, we had spent the cost of the holiday per person on 'transfers'. To top it all the spa facilities were closed every day that we were there.

This property was amazing. The room was a tad small but that did not matter because we only slept there. We spent most of the time outside the room. The included breakfast was tasteful.

Nice hotel, good value for the money. Nice terrace, staff nice too, clean and tidy. What I didn’t exactly enjoyed was the noise on night time (a lot of traffic), but I don’t know how hotel could manage that , so overral was a good experience.

This hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was great. Overall a great stay. Only thing the room was a bit hot.

I stayed at this hotel due to the location of the hiking I wanted to do up Monte Molare and wanted to save some money. The hotel worked out great! Nice room, balcony, and view of Pompeii. Breakfast had a lot of options and was great!

Wonderful location with great views of the Naples. Friendly, smiling staff. Clean and very well designed hotel. The rooms are large and convenient. Fantastic dining. Breakfast is also provided a large variety of food and drinks. Bery convenient parking. Transportation can be a bit difficult without a car. Otherwise, great place to stay only half an hour’s drive from Amalfi coast.

Spent there nights here and must say we was very impressed the hotel is very chilled and relaxing and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially the young man who works on an evening however all staff were lovely and made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and has amazing views, beds comfortable and the shower was very good. The hotel is a little isolated however that comes with the peaceful a**osphere. We hired a car and did plenty of exploring during our stay the little village 10 mins up the mountain was gorgeous and the path of gods hike was amazing. Amalfi is a 40 minute drive and the roads wasn’t as scary as I thought they would be as long as you take the bends slow, Amalfi is definitely worth the drive. The hotel arranged a boat trip to Capri which was amazing and a good price too. Only downfall is I wish we could have stayed longer and I would definitely love to return in the future Resort Sant Angelo you were Belissimo

We had a 4 nights stay in Sant Angelo resort and all was really good , stuff was really helpful , especial thanks to Mr Alessandro (head of guest relations) for his attention to the details we needed during our holidays . Hotel was quite and clean with a little bit far location from the coast but Mountains fresh air was worth that . Will highly recommend for people who is willing to hop “(car drive) around Amalfitanian coast . Staff fluent in English , which is really rare you can find in that area. Well priced . Definitely will recommend!

The staff was very helpful. The rooms could be a little bit better. The toilet seat cover was peeling and it could have given splinters.
