Ulasan Hotel Sophia

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Plenty of towels in bathroom. The receptionist was very polite and pleasant when we arrived. When we were leaving it was the owner, very polite and friendly Greek man. Definately we will be going back again when we are visiting Melbourne.

Staff was amazing, hotel was basic but safe and clean, great room amenities including coffee maker. Would definitely use again

Everything was awesome. In this price we didn’t expect to get this service. Cleanliness , hospitality, maintenance everything 10/10 . I will recommend it and of course for my next trip i will keep this hotel on my first priority for sure.

pretty basic though comfortable room. The hotel was having renovations and perhaps it will bring the hotel into this century. The car door and the room that I viewed and was in was pretty standard fair very small and probably worth the money I spent on it though though I certainly wouldn’t of spent any more. Receptionist was at times not behind the reception and I had to wait up to 5 to 10 minutes for someone to turn up. Not much else to say, except it was a basic hotel room good for one night. certainly wouldn’t be staying there any longer than that as there are much better options in Melbourne but for the price it was worth it.

Location and cleanliness is goood. Double bed is big but a joined twin bed which makes it hard to sleep in the middle. But for the price its worth it. Staff are accomodating

Everything is 100% except the heater takes longgggggggg time to warm the room. My night was freezing cold!

Because flight delay, suddenly needs a place to stay for a night. Location is good , cleanness is good. Flexible check in time but need to share washroom and bathroom. It is clean and acceptable for short stay

I got what I expected from a shared bathroom deal. No complaints. It was a good deal.

Hotel advised that it was closed due to COVID 1 night before our stay . And no response on email and phone ! Don’t stay here!

The hotel was closed on arrival. An email had been sent from a very obscure address which I thought was a scam with the excuse of ‘emergency closure due to electrical fault’ Fortunately after a coffee in a nearby café, with the help of Google I found good alternative accommodation. I recommend a more straightforward, accessible way to communicate with visitors if this happens again, with the addition of a personal message to the mobile number given. And have someone correct the written English so it is a more credible message.
