Artal International Hotel

Surprisingly, the hotel is very clean, the room size is decent unlike the other hotels nearby which crammed up beds in 1 room. The ambience is nice due to not so crowded. The lobby always has sofa to sit on while waiting for other familt members. The lift is working well and we never had issue waiting for too long Staff is well versed in English and i really recommend this hotel as it is also near to an nisa gate of masjid nabawi

The room I got was terrible.. the bathroom was very dirty.. The wardrobe was old and dirty, the floor was dirty and the carpet was dirty too. AC button did not work, and when I complained the guy said its broken, kindly switch it off from the main circuit breaker inside the wardrobe. Right in front of the door was garbage hopper where big bags of trash were lying the whole day..and ohh the light switch was right next to the pillow so when you move the switch turns on the light.. nothing was like as it seemed on the website.. starting from the entrance to the room it was all a disappointment because they charge a very high price for the room.. The bellboy took 10 minutes to come the reception, the reception lady kept dinging the bell to call him for 10 minutes.. i booked the hotel for 4 nights but chaecked out the very next day.. the management was kind enough to give me a full refund of remaining 3 nights.. Never stay at this hotel, specially in room 622.

Bonjour, L'hotel est bien placé. Les chambres sont corrects. Par contre malgré mes relances a la reception , avoir demandé à la personne qui fait le menage de venir nettoyer , avoir une pancarte nettoyage à faire. MA CHAMBRE N'A JAMAIS ETE FAITE. Obliger de mendier du papier toilette à 22h. Incroyable.

Booked through Travel to Haram for a different hotel, got switched to this hotel last minute by the agent. Was shown pictures which looked decent but when we arrived found out we were catfished. There was a disgusting smell throughout the whole stay. Urine in the corridors along with piles of bins right outside of our room. The cleanliness of this hotel is appalling. The floor in our room was filthy and had food stains on it. There was a constant draft and you could hear everything from the room next door and outside. The bathroom was also not up to standard, shower and tap had low water pressure just dribbles of water. For some reason agents have access to booking this room and fill it up with people who have no other choice and they get lots of money from doing this. Surprised the hajj ministry has not picked up on this syndicate. This hotel is not even worth one star, have no idea how this has four stars!!! Not one positive thing to say about it, no one should be allowed to stay here absolutely disgusting. Only advice I could give is to knock it down and rebuild it.

Excellent stay. Close to gate 328. Food and facilities. 5 minutes walk to masjid. Super clean friendly atmosphere.

This hotel has damp in the rooms beds are crammed in the rooms with no walking space anywhere, the bathrooms are dirty and smelly definitely wouldn’t recommend going there. Staff are ok location is good.

Nice room, convenient location for ladies (entrance 25 is straight ahead) and men. Sister Hindi at the Front desk was helpful. Stuffs are good, and service was fast. Washroom tiles needed some renovation, but that was not a big deal. Beds were comfortable enough. Will stay again.

Can't remember how I cam across this hotel but it was a very good value booking and after staying I can say the location in fantastic. Especially if you have women that need to access the the women's area of Masjid Nabwi. i have previously stayed at their sister branch Artal Taibah. this hotel should not be confused with the adjacent building Artal Al Munawwarah. Check-in wasn't smooth as they kept asking for a reservation number and the one provided by the site i booked on (LastMinute) was not something they would recognise. the hotel staff are all very helpful, from reception through to room service. The location is fantastic. Plenty of places to choose from to eat. The cheaper places are literally 60 second walk, if that. Want something more upmarket then less than 5 min walk to the food courts. It was a 5-7 min walk to the outer gates of Masjid Nabwi courtyard. Entry 338 which then gives you easy access to women from gates 27 onwards and easy access to gate 22 for men. This was the gem
