Location is excellent. Value for money for non fussy travellers. Beds and rooms were acceptable. We booked 3 rooms. One of the rooms had water chokage but it cleared after a while.

Access to Haram is very good. Just 3 mins walk.

Tye only good thing about this hotel is the location. 3 minutes walk to gate 309, Masjid Nabawi. Do not expect cleanliness, amenities or service.

It's very close to masjid alnabawi and the service really very excellent. Staffs are very kindly. I will highly recommend to everyone who needs to stay very near and nice place to go this hotel.

Tge hotel location matters a lot, especially for commuting to Madinah. In terms of rush, it also reflects the popularity of the hotel and the busyness of the surrounding area. If there is a rush even on normal days, it can be a positive aspect for the hotel but it may need better planning in terms of guest comfort.

Good hotel with excellent location. No complementary water bottles in the room. Lifts were too busy, check in wasn’t smooth, had to wait for a while, staff wasn’t as friendly, water wasn’t hot in the shower. Besides these, rooms were descent, location was good and overall experience was good enough.
