La atención del personal pésima, todo el tiempo están de malas y te contestan fatal. El único que siempre te recibe y te atiende bien es el guardia que te ayuda con el ingreso del carro.

Check in was great .
Parking is easy with 24 hr security .
Breakfast Buffet was well supplied ,very tasty, friendly staff, clean ,
Property is newer and well maintained .
Alma at the front desk is very helpful to all the guests competent, and extremely efficient .
Room was clean and quiet,
Good Restaurants on both sides of the hotel.
So nice to be welcomed and treated as a respected Guest .

The room was clean, friendly staff, the outdoor pool was nice although it was a little dirty. Our only big complaint is the wifi, it worked in our room for about an hour or two then went out so we basically had no wifi during our stay. Overall it’s a decent hotel for the price.

The staff and location are excellent. Cleanliness and general maintenance has deteriorated. We stayed on that hotel when it was almost new, the facility has deteriorated more than expected. The bed sheet was stained, which was a big turn off.

We asked ahead of time for two connecting rooms for us and our children, but they put us on two different floors. It was too late at night to attempt to find another hotel, so we stayed. The staff were lovely, but the business is quite disorganized. It felt like perhaps the hotel owners are new/first time hotel operators.
