Checkin was incredibly slow. They have one station with one person for a relatively large facility. This will be an ongoing problem. They also have some bizarre wiring between the room AC and motion detector which guarantees that you will always return to a hot room. It remains to be seen if the AC will work while we sleep. The staff is very attentive. They just dont have enough for checkin.

For teenagers only interested in the beach (beach 11 minute walk). Free breakfast tasteless. Coffee VERY weak. Rooms too small. No place to put things. Lots of times room key didn’t work, had to go to third floor to reprogram.

Me robaron una mochila con pertenencias personales en el interior. Reporte la pérdida el lunes 5 de febrero y es fecha que no se han comunicado para darme razón del robo.
Me hospede 5 noches, y dos días encontré la puerta abierta a mi regreso, esto quiere decir que gran parte del día mi habitación estuvo abierta. Terrible!!!
Recomiendo a quien decida hosped**** en este hotel (ONE Mazatlán), asegure sus pertenencias en maletas con candado, ya que en este hotel roban!!!
Por nada recomiendo este lugar!!!

hotel nuevo, buen desayuno, politicas raras, donde te amenzan con cobrarte 5000 pesos si llevas alimentos a la habitacion, algo muy extraño, de mal gusto, en recepcion mala actitud a la hr de entregar habitaciones, el hotel se encontraba libre y no quisiero n entregar habitaciones antes, muy exactos a las 3, es su derecho pero son secos y tajantes, al explicar al huesped
