酒店到景點步行約10分鐘，早餐在歐洲來說算豐富，停車場每天15 Euro，雙人房係雙人洗面盤，讚👍，街上有柑樹，不過好酸

The deluxe grotto suite was beautiful, spacious and clean. I misunderstood the description thinking there were two beds rather than the actual bed for two people. The staff brought in another comfortable twin bed to solve the issue. The location was perfect- so close to many options for dining and shopping, as well as the bus stop for getting to the off site parking. Breakfast was very good and was made available earlier than usual to accommodate our early departure. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Matera!

The property staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was practically in the sassi caves. The hotel itself was comfortable but we found ants in the bed. The breakfast was delicious and offered fresh and local fooods.

Check in was easy and friendly. Choice of rooms was offered, a nice surprise. We opted for the cave. Was very nice. Breakfast was a pre-order situation (they have to get their order to the bakery), so no buffet here if that's your thing. Swift and easy checkout.

We stayed in a cave room and it was so neat. It is very close to many places and was nice to be able to walk around. The one downside was it was a little bit of a walk from where we had to park, but we also knew that when booking, so no fault to the hotel there.

Location and room were super. Breakfast….. you need to order the evening before and it was then laid out on a table, covered with paper. You sit at your room number table and coffee is served - but only what you ordered. If you want anything different or extra….. this was an issue and certainly not encouraged. Room was lovely, with small balcony and great view. Receptionist was lovely and helpful, but the man at breakfast and checkout was unfriendly and could easily put people off coming back!! You do need to be able to use steps and to really enjoy the fabulous city, be pretty fit.

This was exactly what we needed for a night in Matera. The service was exceptional. I thought it was really kind that they packed a to-go breakfast for us when we told them we had to leave at 6 am for a flight the morning of check out. Great location within walking distance to everything.
