Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa - Adults Only

Back on my third or Fourth visit to Club Maspalomas. This Adult only hotel is great . The staff make it for me , it’s like going home . It’s very clean and a peaceful vide rains through out . Lovely breakfast buffet and a lovely little spa , offering very good treatments . The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Definitely a place to visit .

We are currently at the end of our 7 night stay. Check in was quick and we were offered a welcome drink or 2. Our bungalow was fairly close to the pool, in fact all the rooms are close to the pool. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Sun lounger are easy to get at any point during the day around the pool.The pools are heated and the swimming lane is great. The spa pool is lovely and the seating area is great. We used this a lot. The sunset bar is lovely and the quality of the drinks are very high. Attention to detail is really well thought of. All the staff we interacted with during our stay went above and beyond to provide a 5 star treatment. We only ate twice in the restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious and the portions were large. Breakfast was lovely also, with lots of choice. It was never busy and it was lovely to sit outside on a Jan morning watching the sun rise. The coffee machines at Breakfast are extremely slow though. It takes a while to get a cup of coffee even without queuing. On our last morning, I left without a coffee as only 1 machine was working. I did mention this but once 1 other machine was working again other guests had started queuing. I tried on several attempts and gave up. This to me is an issue which needs rectifying. Either faster machines or serve coffee directly to the table. We stayed B&B and ate at lots of good restaurants on Melonaras Boulevard. A couple of favourites were Grand Italia and canton Chinese. We went into Playa del singles one evening to a lovely Greek but other than that we weren't impressed! There is entertainment at the hotel, which we did see on some evenings but it tends to finish at 9pm. We felt that the entertainment was more for half board diners to enjoy whilst dining, which is a lovely idea and some evenings we did come back to watch the shows. Sat eve the entertainment started at 8.30pm which was a much better time and it was a great last night watching Elvis. The transport system is great. A taxi cost 5euros to and from the lighthouse and the buses €1.40pp. The bus stops are either way, just outside of the hotel and we used the Global bus app which was great. We went to Puerto Rico using this. We also used the hotel shuttle bus which is a great idea too. All things considered, I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great vibe and its been such a welcome break during the UK Winter months. We hope to return again next year. Thank you 😊

Where do you start with this fantastic place. You start on arrival with the fabulous staff waiting to greet you with a smile and a glass of fizz. Reception staff that we communicated with were Vesela, Ludvico and Marta. First impressions I find are very important. They were helpful and explained all about the place. Our suite was lovely and comfortable. Housekeeping refreshed the place daily. It was absolutely spotless. Thank you to the ladies and gents whom sadly I didn't get any names for. No need to take towels with you for the pool these are supplied which is great. The whole resort was spotless. Nothing was a problem for any of the staff you were always met with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from. Also there was a gentleman who made your omelette for you as you waited. Dinner was also delicious with so much choice. The fantastic staff I would like to mention are Manager:- Diego Assistant Managers:-  Ricardo – Phillipe – Domingo – Karin Staff:- Stella – Erika – Marjel – Daniella – Jaunfra – Daniel – Sebastian – Sylvanna. These people were only too happy to assist with any queries and as always with a smile. The bar was a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. Feeling welcome and always greeted with smiles. There was an excellent rapor with the staff. We got to know them quite well and on our last day it was very sad leaving. We loved our afternoon beers at the bar taking a break from the sun. The staff members who we would like to praise are Christian – Danni – Orismel – Javi Mena - Aythemi The pool area was also spotless and the water temperature was perfect. It was nice to see there was a ramp for disabled people. Plenty of loungers and plenty of parasols. I would also like to say a thank you to the staff who work behind the scenes. Hello Vesela We would just like to say what a wonderful week we have had with you and your brilliant team. My sisters and I were so happy and greatful for everything you did for us and especially for making Marys birthday so special. Your lovely friendly staff were incredible and always so happy and hard working with a very positive attitude to life. I can’t name names as that wouldn’t be fair. We enjoyed everything and everyone. The delicious food, the drinks and the great entertainment! Your immaculate facilities! I could go on and on. We are already talking about returning and saving up for our next visit. Mind you we were a bit naughty and loud and I’m sure it’s a lot quieter now we’re gone! Hope you’ll have us back sometime. Please pass on our thanks to all and we left a tip at reception to share. Great place to stay! Verry friendly staf, lovely food, entertainment and an excellent pool with sunbeds. The rooms are verry nice with a separate bedroom ( junior suites). The location is good between Meloneras and Playa del Ingles. We had a enjoyable relaxing Holiday.

This was our second visit to Club Maspalomas Suits and Spa and as the Tina Turner tribute act sang this truly is "Simply the Best". Once again the hotel accommodation, pool, gym, entertainment and other facilities were first class, the food needs a special mention as it can only be described as exquisite. Iván the owner cares passionately about his guests and this is reflected in how much effort has been taken to ensure the Hotel stays vogue, ensuring that return visits are a must. The greatest asset this hotel has to offer is the staff, they are without doubt the most attentive and caring people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. A special mention must go to Vesela and Virginia in Guest Services who are delightful, in the restaurant Pablo, Diego, Karim, Kevin and all the staff who made us feel so special. We are returning in July and October 2024 and can't wait to sample more of the Gem!

Fabulous hotel, great staff. Guest were a mixture of nationalities and ages. Entertainment each evening was good we particularly liked the bands who played live rather than the singers with their iPad backing tracks. Place is immaculate and well maintained, I appreciated the plants and flowers. My husband enjoyed his breakfast omelettes. We mainly used the hotel as a base to explore the island, buses are very cheap and easy to use. We walked the Camino trail from Maspalomas to Galdar over 3 separate days, and used the buses to get to our starting points and back to the hotel. After all that walking we loved our private outdoor shower and jacuzzi. The scenery is stunning, even if you don’t want to walk take the bus to Tejeda, it’s only 6 euros and the ride is amazing.

It’s been my second visit to Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa but this time a solo trip. The care, attention to detail, and high standards are next to none! It was lovely experiencing the hotel owner introducing all of his staff members during the Saturday evening show and showing his love and appreciation for all of their hard work! I don’t think I could ever visit another hotel in Maspalomas there’s a soul tie here for me and I will most definitely be back! I don’t want to leave!! 🥰

Had a lovely April week here, the bungalows are very clean ,comfy bed and good shower, powerful hairdryer in bathroom which was great. Always lots of available sunbeds round the pool as many seem to use the ones outside their own bungalows. Staff were very friendly and hardworking. We found the restaurant food was pretty good, always a selection to choose from. Very relaxing as the entertainment finished at 11pm and it was quiet after this time. The only downside to this place is the distance from the beach but we knew this when we booked and we used the courtesy bus quite a lot even if it was full they would come back to make another trip.It only took 5 minutes on the bus to the drop off and we used taxis in the evening only just over 5 € and there is a taxi stand just outside the hotel. We had a lovely relaxing time our first time going to the Canaries in April and a great time of year to go
