Great Hotel, lovely patio and very nice personel! We stayed there there for 3 nights and enjoyed the neighborhood and the close harbor. Very nice staff. We enjoyed our stay and can really recommend it.

My partner and I loved our recent stay at Le Ryad. Our flight was significantly delayed and we got to the hotel very late at night, they were accommodating and we were grateful for a warm welcome. The building itself is full of charm, it's older and full of character. Don't come here if you expect all the modern bells and whistles of a corporate chain hotel, but do stay if you prefer low key, charming, neighborhood vibes. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious and the breakfast in the courtyard was the perfect way to start the day. All of the staff we interacted with were warm and helpful. Location was perfect for us and we're glad we didn't stay right by the port, the access to Cours Julien and all the great shops and restaurants was easy and we felt like we were in a real neighborhood rather than a tourist trap. We did not feel uncomfortable or unsafe for one moment in the area, it's a city and it's lively and colorful.

Good value for money budget option in a great location within walking distance of both Saint Charles train station and the Old Port (and the myriad of restaurants around Cours Julien). Room was a bit tired but everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.

My reservation came into difficulties when my train stopped for two hours in France, due to an accident on the tracks. I informed the people at Le Ryad, who demonstrated excellent flexibility as the timing of my arrival came into focus. I am very grateful for this. As a bonus, when I got to the room, I was very pleased with it. It was an incredible value, and much more than I could have expected. I will book here next time I am in Firenze ... that time for more than one night.

Hotel was 10 min walk from train station and from old port. Room was lovely and clean, fresh towels and bed made daily. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Super shower! WiFi wasn’t great on fourth floor.

could have been cleaner and not as cold as it was. Bed not so comfortable. Outside the hotel the atmosphere wasn't really nice. People at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Thank you. All in all there are improvements to be made.

Lovely stay at Le Ryad in M****ille’s first arrondissement. Gorgeous room with high ceilings, well decorated with an archway above the bed, tall windows — all tasteful and quite comfortable. The people who work at Le Ryad are absolutely lovely and helpful, and I look forward to returning.

Our second visit to M****ille and Le Ryad. We came in June and returned because we liked the hotel. Slightly disappointed by the bathroom in room12 - difficult to shower in the bath, and the bath is very high up. Decor in this room also a little jaded. Overall we love the style and position of the hotel - especially the staircase with its honeycomb tiles. My husband gets very irritated by the way you have to sign into the wifi every time.
