Ulasan B&B Hotel Marseille Euromed

It was just right.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good wifi, good location, free parking on the streets around the hotel (if you can find a space), around 10 minutes walking to train station. Area around the hotel looked clean and safe.

Hotel is good, how the receptionist treat the customers is VERY BAD! He told us with high tone that our booking is not in the system, although we already paid for it & can show our booking confirmation :)) It's is very stupid. Then the fault is on the hotel. That the owner booked with his name (not my name). Actually it is okay. But how the employee (receptionist) behave so bad in handling the customers is just SHAMEFUL. He should get a proper training in Service and Customer Handling.

Vraiment top, de l’accueil à la chambre, personnellement au top, l’une des chaînes d’hôtel les meilleurs !!!

Excellent accueil, personnel des plus aimables, confort de la literie excellent , la propreté de la salle de bain peut mieux faire. Proximité des transports en commun et des centres commerciaux en fait un hôtel à recommander sans hésiter.

Décevant

I had a very scary and creepy experience at this hotel. I was traveling alone to marseille and just needed 1 night stay before heading to the Provence countryside. The whole experience gave me the creeps and yet reached a paramount crescendo when at 3:30am I heard someone try to get into my room. I screamed. Luckily my door was bolted but it appeared as if someone had my code. It was pretty horrifying, they kept trying to get in. no peep whole so couldn’t see the person but it was a man. Tried calling the front desk and the number kept dropping. Omg so horrible. I didn’t sleep at all. Didn’t know if I should call the cops. I got out as fast as I could!

Ein Horror!!! Bitte nicht buchen!!! Nachdem wir draußen waren und unser Zimmer sauber gemacht wurde, merkten wir, dass Geld aus unserer Tasche gestohlen wurde. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht sicher. 1 Tag davor wurde in der Tiefgarage vom Hotel in einem Auto eingebrochen. Laut dem Mitarbeiter im Hotel sollten wir eine Mail an die Hotel Managerin schreiben. Die Dame hat uns nach 5 Tagen geantwortet und uns wurde nicht geholfen. Nie wieder. Schade dass man keine 0 Punkte geben kann. A horror!!! Please do not book!!! After we went outside and our room was cleaned, we noticed that money had been stolen from our pocket. The hotel is absolutely not safe. One day earlier, a car was broken into in the hotel's underground garage. According to the staff at the hotel, we should write an email to the hotel manager. The lady responded after 5 days, but we did not receive any help. Never again. It's a shame that you can't give 0 points.

Bon hôtel bien situé sur Marseille avec un parking qui était cependant pleins quand nous y sommes allés, mais avons trouvés des places à proximités (non sans peine). Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de sèche cheveux à dispositions et qu’il faille aller les chercher à l’accueil. Personnel agréable, ménage fait tous les jours. Manque le chromecast sur la télé qui serait un vrai plus.

O Hotel cumpre com o necessário quando o que precisamos é de um local sossegado e limpo para dormir. Bem localizado perto de transportes, quarto espaçoso e limpo. Televisão, wifi e 1 cama de casal e uma de solteiro confortáveis. Serviço de quartos . Arejado. Infelizmente o ar condicionado não funcionava para ar frio o que nos fez falta no primeiro dia porque o quarto estava muito quente. Recepção permanente e com funcionários simpáticos. Máquinas de café e comida. Apenas gostaria de sugerir ambientadores nos corredores porque por exemplo no nosso piso 3 havia um intenso cheiro a mofo.
