An amazing hotel right on the water with every room facing the water. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Beautiful big rooms with lovely balconies. The dinner and breakfast were also really good, with a great variety and a lovely outdoor area to sit at. I do however think the cleaning staff need to take a bit more care when cleaning. We were there for 6 nights and 3 of the nights we had to phone housekeeping because we did not have towels, or we did not get toilet paper, or we did not get our bath robes… and then housekeeping took at least 20-30minutes to bring the items. The other thing was that they put a single duvet into a double duvet - so when you are sleeping there are many times when you only have a sheet and no duvet. Maybe change that. Otherwise I really can’t complain about anything. There are plenty of beach chairs and there were always chairs available and it was an amazing and relaxing place.

避雷評論。在毛球住了幾家同類酒店，客房裝修比起同類的酒店老了很多，宣傳照片的落日很難可以拍到。 餐廳衞生極差，衹在酒店用餐 吃了拉了兩天肚子。服務員態度也都很差 板著臉，吃個早飯房間號問三次，泳池特別臟，堆滿了人，公共區域擠滿了印度人，後得知這家酒店的投資人是印度的，才知道這個肚子沒有白拉，管理太差了。

性價比很高，房間大小合適，温馨，窗外景色都很棒，早餐品類很豐富，游泳池景觀好，分成幾個，也不吵鬧，可以選擇自己喜歡的。海岸內嵌在酒店園子裏，可以吃完早餐直接下海！總體很棒～

前台服務非常不錯

在當地算是很好的酒店了 服務也是非常的不錯👌😌 周邊去購物也還不錯的，有很大的兩個超市…………… 值得住

總體來説還是非常不錯的酒店，套房有2張單人床和一張雙人床，一家四口完全沒問題，而且這個房型2個16歲以下小童無須另付任何費用，包括早餐，不過早餐不太適合東亞人的口味，晚餐稍微好一點，一點點而已。我們在毛求的機場丟了一個小孩的書包，裏面還有貴重物品，本來以為找不到了，結果洲際的前台小哥幫我們聯繫到了機場的警局，書包失而復得，非常NICE。後來結帳有些不愉快，多扣了我一千多歐元，經過交涉，不過回國之後又退還到了我的帳户裏，總體完美，攜程官方也幫了很大的忙！

超級滿意的一家酒店，海岸線很美，酒店裡就可以浮潛游泳了，水真的果凍海，很棒，就是吃飯貴，都是西餐為主，中國人吃不慣

非洲效率非常低，如果度假，建議選島南部的度假酒店，這邊的海水質比南部差很多。

環境優美舒適宜人，服務周到細緻

We spent our 12 day honeymoon at the hotel together with our 2 year old son. When you enter the lobby it is just breathtaking. Also the way the check in works is really comfortable for the guests. Unfortunately the check in is also one of the 2 reasons why I could not give 5 stars. We arrived after a very long trip and were very tired. The check in took so long, almost 1 hour. We only wanted to take a shower and go to dinner but when we arrived at our room our room key wasn't working and the employee had to walk all the way back to the reception to get a new one. My recommendation would be to give the people who walk guests to their room a master key. Ok. So we waited another 10 minutes and then finally entered our room. But then it took another 30 minutes for our luggage to arrive. It was just too chaotic and everything took too long for a 5 star hotel. And: there weren't many check ins at that time, maybe 2 more. But this is something that can be improved. As well as the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was ok but I think the standard should be a bit higher. Other than that the hotel is great! The rooms are really big and they all have ocean view. The whole scenery is just beautiful and they take care of the landscaping it is amazing. There is a private beach and a boat house with free snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing. The guys who work there are so cool. We rented a boat to swim with dolphins in the bay, just amazing. Also the beds are soooo comfortable. There are 4 restaurants, the buffet is very tasty but it is crowded and lowd - sometimes a bit too much. But really tasty Indian and Thai food. The breakfast was abit strange, there was someone to put pieces of fruit on your plate. So you had to wait in line to get 3 pieces of watermelon. Really unusual and something that really annoyed me. Also the service for drinks was always so slow. And they forgot half of the order. In the evening I didn't care so much but I like a coffee in the morning... There is also Segala restaurant where you can have a la Carte breakfast so we mainly went there. The Indian restaurant is good and the Asian fusion is the other reason why I did not Give 5 stars. The quality was not good and we waited 2 hours for the food. The child care and entertainment team is absolutely great. They are so sweet to the kids and do such fun activities, also the things they offer for the adults are fun. For the first time in my life I enjoyed aqua gym. It was so good! The entertainment at night was incredible every single night. We enjoyed it so much. What you must know is that the hotel is very remote, which we liked because it was super private and quiet but you have to have a car to explore the island. We rented one from the hotel for a couple of days which was fine, we mostly wanted to relax. You cannot walk anywhere from the hotel. The nearest town is Grand Baue which is about 15 minutes by car. But we liked it there, the views and the sunsets are so beautiful, The best

Great place to stay and enjoy amazing Mauritius. We have spend 8 days and would be happy to prolong Nice staff, cozy rooms, tasty food and good location Good selection in restaurants, specially Veda. Special thank you to Kevin, Guest relations manager, truly a champion of hospitality!

From check in to check out this resort was amazing. The staff were all amazing, but Varurq , manager at Noble Restaurant and Wesley, manager at Senso restaurant just stood out. Nothing was too much trouble for the resort. The buffet food as Senso was the best ever and was homely. The facilities are amazing and the resort is extremely clean, the complementary water activities were great!. We had an all round super experience at the resort and Mauritius. Would definitely recommend it! I really on reviews for my destination , accommodation and activities choices, so I thought it would be great to review this great resort.

A wonderful holiday. smiling staff who will light up your heart. Terribly dedicated and willing to help . The New Year's Eve feast was wonderful. Live music every day. The staff completes the beautiful balance in such a wonderful place . Little birds are singing everywhere and when you close your eyes , you feel like you are in heaven . A tiny cozy shop called No.1 , where a dedicated salesgirl Wahida will fulfill your every wish. Beautiful place and lovely people thank you to the whole Hotel Team. ❤️
