The hotel location was just perfect! In the centre of Medina and 20 minutes away from the train central station. Very vibrant and cozy Riad. Surrounded by beautiful guests. The pillow was comfortable but the bed size was really small for the King size bed as stated in the booking details. Problem for the taller people ya. Anyways, the staff was Friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay! Wifi connection was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back for more.

We stayed here for 1 night as part of a package through Voyage Prive. It’s very close to be able to explore the Souks and main square so a great base to be if you want to go exploring yourself. Room was clean and staff v friendly. A warm welcome with Moroccan mint tea is common in the Riads. Don’t let the way in via slightly dodgy alleys put you off. Behind the door of this and other Riads you will find warm clean and surprisingly calm sanctuary after the bustle of the rest of the city

Very gracious staff. Excellent location. Comfortable room. Good price. Youssef and Jamal provided excellent service and were very responsive to our needs. The rooms were nicely appointed and the typical Moroccan breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay in Marrakech !

Riad Laora has impressed me since I saw it on Booking. We booked the transfer to pick us up at Menara airport and take us directly to the Riad. The location is very convenient because in 3 minutes on foot you are directly in the souks but in any case it is a quiet area, it is impossible to get lost on the way back to the Riad. The welcome was wonderful with tea and biscuits, we paid the bill and they gave us the room. Clean room and spacious bathroom where towels are changed every day. Equipped with air conditioning and in May it was already very hot and there is good Wi-Fi that reaches everywhere. The breakfast is good and changes every morning, we had dinner every evening on the terrace and it was all delicious. Whatever we asked for satisfied our doubts, if we came back and asked for a glass of water they always offered it to us with a smile, this staff knows how to treat tourists well, we loved you very much. We booked the excursion to Agafay directly with them as well as the taxi when we needed it. We thank Youseff, Nadia and all the others again because the staff is excellent. They easily accept € both cash and card. Thank you, you made us feel part of your people.

It was a very nice stay! Great riad, very nice staff, we were in the burgundy room at the top and it was very beautiful and clean, the breakfast was also good and the terrace was calm and soothing 👍🏼 Very nice experience, I recommend

Before booking I was in trouble because the Riads in Marrakech are all so beautiful, I read the reviews and chose Riad Laora. We booked the pick up and a Moroccan driver came to pick us up at the airport. We were greeted by excellent staff who offered us tea and biscuits. We booked a taxi and a desert excursion with them and everything was perfect. Riad very close to the square, it is impossible to get lost because the location is very easy. We were two girls and it was a wonderful holiday. The staff is exceptional starting from Youssef, Nadia, Aziza and all the others. Every day when we returned they offered us their tea and biscuits, wonderful people. Rooms always clean, towels changed every day, air conditioning working, breakfast different every day, we had dinner in the Riad and it was all delicious. You can easily pay in euros €.

Beautiful experience, very quiet and well-kept Riad. The food is truly exceptional, I recommend dining here! The breakfasts were very abundant. The boy who welcomed us was always very helpful, friendly and kind.

Everything was perfect. - Warm welcome - Clean and very large room (Bordeaux) - Well located (approx. 8-10 minutes from Djamal El Fna square) - Breakfast (Moroccan specialty) ✅ - Terrace and swimming pool perfectly good for the size of the Riad Breakfast is from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Unfortunately some excursions start at 7:45 a.m./8 a.m. pick-up time.

Very convenient location as it is located in the central area, a few minutes walk from the main square, but at the same time in a small street that allows you to stay away from the chaos. Rooms quite spacious and clean, perhaps in need of some tidying up. Small flaw, in the rooms on the terrace you can hear the call to prayer a little too loudly (especially early in the morning), as the minaret is just a few steps away... So I recommend asking for a room on the lower floors if you have a light sleeper or sleep problems. Very friendly and helpful staff. We organize excursions and transfers to and from the airport for €15 (total)

The Riad is beautiful and very quiet. Ten minutes walk from Jemaa El Fna square. Very delicious traditional breakfasts and food. The room was very clean, with air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. The terrace is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The best thing was without a doubt the staff, very friendly and detail-oriented. They gave us useful information as soon as we arrived and advised us on places and excursions to visit. 100% recommended. We will repeat

When we arrived at Riad Laora they were very attentive, however I have the following aspects to point out that disappointed me and will not make me return: 1 - In terms of the room facilities, the bed linen is insufficient, or the air conditioning is turned on all night ( with a lot of noise) or you get cold; 2 - The bathtub is large but it is impossible to use, there is no way to retain water and there is no support to use the shower, which is not convenient; 3 - The soundproofing is terrible, you can hear the noise from other guests and from the mosques near the Riad; 4 - Breakfast is late, they announced it between 08:30 and 10:00 but it was only ready from 09:00 which limited our departure; 5 - Very limited breakfast; 6 - For two days we requested an early breakfast due to tour schedules and cold coffee was served with bread, in the dark and it was not ready for the requested time; 7 - Breakfast was served in a space with sofas that was used by the employee to sleep at night (it looks bad and is unhygienic); 8 - The pool is small and the water is cold, which is otherwise very uncomfortable to use; 9 - The most serious thing was the night before check out at 11 pm, the employee came to demand that we pay a tourist tax of €20 (they demanded payment in our currency and not theirs) which they did not inform us anything about at check in in. We visited Morocco's official tourism website and it does not have any information about tourist taxes. We questioned where this information was, we asked about the Riad's policy and rules and there is no documentation with anything. The next day, a gentleman called Jmal appeared at the Riad during breakfast, who was initially attentive and, after explaining the situation, said that everything was resolved and there was no problem. After we returned to check out, that same Mr Jmal said that we had to pay the tourist tax and started to get aggressive until we said we were going to call the police. We end up leaving the money from the tourist tax anyway and it leaves us with a bad image and bad manners. Mr Jmal even said that "the Portuguese, if they don't have money, don't come to my country". With this sad episode, I do not recommend Riad Laora at all.

Spectacular Riad next to one of the busiest in the medina, but as soon as you enter the accommodation, you plunge into an oasis of peace and tranquility. The rooms have XXL double beds with all kinds of blankets, sheets, cushions... the bathtubs in all the rooms are spectacular and thanks to the general decoration you feel completely in the Arabian Nights. The Moroccan breakfast is spectacular, with pancakes, toast, all kinds of jams, yogurt, juices, etc. We also had dinner there once and the Moroccan menu has many of the typical dishes (zaalouk, couscous and chicken tagine), which we were able to accompany with a delicious bottle of Moroccan wine (normally it is very expensive but here it is at a very good price). Highly recommended for the attention of its staff, super friendly, and for unbeatable quality-price.

We spent 3 nights with a friend, and the experience was very good, the guy was super friendly, the breakfast was good, they were very clean, they tidied our room all the time in an incredible way. I recommend it 100%. I would go back there without hesitation.

Good Riad in Marrakesh! The 3 days we had there everything was great! Very good location! The staff is very friendly and kind! Mehdi was very good to us until he made us breakfast before time because we had a good morning excursion! Thank you for such a good stay! Ahh and everything very clean 😜
