Hôtel à éviter totalement notre réservation initial c’est vu donner à une autre personne sachant qu’on a réservé 3 mois en avance Merci à Nadia d’avoir pu gérer tout ça mais, on ne peut appeler cette établissement un hôtel il devrait le renommer cette établissement un squat, les prises sont défectueuses le matelas est sale les toilettes sont encore en travaux etc etc… FUYEZ CETTE ETABLISSEMENT

They have low knowledge about the service what to provide for the customer. You have to communicate with receptionist with google translate, because they speak French. If you will buy package with dinner and breakfast, keep in mind that it is setved so late that you most likely won't use it. Dinner was setvzd every evening at different time. I felt down the mountain and damaged my feet, never went for the dinner I paid for and they served me yesterdays dinner other guests had. What the hell? I paid for all weeks dinner and I don't even get todays food, but some old yesterdays refrigerater keeped soaking wet salad and dish that is burning hot. This is the worst service I have had so far in my life and I have traveled a lot. Noone cares about the service. Noone!

The hotel is in a great location in Gueliz which has some good amenities around the area and has a swimming pool at the top which I liked and a sitting area as well.
Only thing I didn't like was how small the washing basin was and when I had a shower the water leaked on the bathroom floor making it quite wet when coming out

I always stay here when I visit Marrakesh. A ten minute walk to the station and a drop of point from the No19 airport bus. It’s a straight 30 minute walk into the famous square. I prefer it to using a Riad in the Kasbah as it’s so easy to get lost in there. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a hot shower in the bathroom. They also have a money exchange booth with far better rates than the airport.

This property was listed incorrectly as a 4 star on ******* website. When we got there it was a 3 star. The hotel was shabby and no one could speak English apart from the manager who wasn’t there! We had booked 2 king size beds but got 2 double beds as the rooms were very small and compact. The shower was broken. Total rip off.

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. The breakfast that was included in the price was terrible and not worth it at all. The only good thing about it was the location. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
