Ulasan Zhengming Hotel

Lokasinya luar biasa meskipun agak jauh dari kawasan wisata. Dikelilingi oleh mal dan restoran, dan metro sangat dekat. Pemandangan dari kamar-kamarnya indah. Kamar-kamar klasik yang terawat dengan baik, tekanan air dan kebersihan kamar bagus. Kasurnya sudah usang dan mungkin perlu diganti. Nilai uang yang luar biasa. Jangan berharap ada percakapan dalam bahasa Inggris dengan staf mana pun, tetapi itu cukup standar di Tiongkok. Penginapan yang luar biasa, sangat direkomendasikan. Akan menginap di sini lagi saat saya kembali ke Harbin.

Hotel yang bagus, dekat dengan metro, dan di seberang jalan ada banyak pilihan makanan. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini bagus. Pada hari pertama, mereka membersihkan kamar kami agak terlambat, jadi kami pergi dan mengeluh. Hotel bereaksi cepat, dan hari berikutnya semuanya baik-baik saja.

Hotel bagus, kamar besar, layanan resepsionis buruk, mereka mencoba menipu saya tentang taksi. Sarapan tidak sepadan dengan uang yang dikeluarkan.

First of all they gave us hotel 2hours in dely , second The room was not clean as they showed and it is some old rooms , third is multiple times my card didn’t open the door and i had to go in first floor to reset the card with slow elevators, fourth the wifi didn’t work, fifth and the most worst thing is that last night they knocked my door and asked us to don’t use the bathroom and they took our privacy that is totally unacceptable and unbelievable for me that a four star hotel is like this. And at least they didn’t wait for us to check out then repair it and they took our privacy. I would not recommend this place if you want to have comfortable and relaxed travel.

Hotel rooms are good.comphy bad.smoking allowed. Staff everywhere in hotel can speak English,only Chinese.they are rude and arrogant. I asked the receptionist to write down name and address of clothing market in Chinese - I ended up at veggies market.spend 30 min to travel +$20.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage since I arrived too early. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing clear directions to the Ice and Snow World. We came to Harbin for the Ice & Snow Festival and as the hotel is located very close to a metro station it made it easy to travel around Harbin. Although a little out of the center, there’s lots of malls and restaurants close to the hotel which means this is not an issue. I think the photos of the hotel need to be updated on the website. The decor now seems very old, run down and dated. The biggest issue was the smell of smoke in the rooms. In -20 degrees temperature, I felt the need to open the windows to escape the smell and was scared to lay my clothes on the furniture. The rooms are also not soundproof - whilst we were there, the clientele were extremely noisy which made it difficult to get a good night sleep. If you’re a budget traveller, this hotel will serve as a good base to get your head down each night. If you can afford to spend more, I would advise to.

酒店位於東大直街，距地鐵站，公交站都很近，出行方便！附近有醫大一院，秋林公司，松雷商廈等，購物、吃飯、就醫都很方便！房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，服務熱情周到，非常好！

別的還行，兩個事比較過意不去。第一個是第一天早餐，酒店説是到九點都有供應，八點半去了就已經空盤了，而且後續上新的就衹有新蒸的包子，連粥和豆漿都不新增了，吃了一個有點噎，就撤了。第二個事是第一天晚上吃完的外賣第二天客房居然沒收走😓，晚上回屋全是味，這真是我這麼多年頭一次碰到，難道是覺得我還能再打開吃點？其餘體驗還可以。

酒店設施齊全完善舒適，中央空調，覺得乾燥還配有加濕器，房內環境衞生整潔，前台和客房的服務人員耐心細緻，出行方便，無論是求醫還是遊玩，都非常方便。

插座很多都用不起！！！尤其是床頭的一個都用不起！！！住了三晚上，酒店是那很有年代氣息的樣子，會有發黴味，但是床上還是乾淨，就是衞生打掃的好水，叫換被單阿姨也沒換，就理了一下鋪蓋，地理位置不錯，膽子小的一個人不要住，
