The room had an odour. The smell wasn't nice. The room had a phone which we tried many times to call reception but it didn't work. My cousin stayed at other room which they said was much nicer

Worse than the pictures, was old and in terrible condition. Had to change hotels. They gave us 1 bedroom even though they said it was for 4 people! The reception Mohammed was very nice though.

Location not bad rooms are not that good like a small apartment I didn’t like it that much

Hotel is so old towels and shower are disaster, good location and service but the hotel need renovation.

I do not recommend this place.For a four adults they gave us one bed,heater didn’t work in a winter time. Staff wasn’t helpful.

I reserved a room for 4 people king size and 2bed When I get there It’s was a small room with and three Moroccan sofa, no glasses no nothing, even the balcony was sealed I’m so disappointed about the price of £95 for this room.

Awful hotel, very dirty.

I had a great weekend, the location was great, close to everything.

The apart-hotel is certainly not 4 stars, but they try to provide service. It is easy to get there by bus from the airport direct 19 for 30 dirhams or from the highway 18,12,11 for 4 dirhams. It is also easy to get to the center. Nearby is a shopping center with a large supermarket. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is a huge plus for a hot country. Good sun loungers. As for the room, the room is dirty and old. But for 1 night it is quite adequate. The cost also corresponds to the conditions, taking into account 3 guests.

Not bad, but the hotel needs to improve a few things, including the availability of kitchen facilities on the day of our arrival, the elevator that doesn't go up to the 4th floor, and the presence of two types of deckchairs, good and bad quality, which are not sufficient.

Perfect stay, you can enjoy the swimming pool, large room and ideal location for outings

There were 4 of us and we were entitled to 3 bath towels. The air conditioning did not work and changing the room was only possible on the second day.

Everything went well but I was disappointed with the air conditioning in our room which did not work twice out of the two stays. Reception asked me to wait until the next day to change rooms with the heat of Marrakech and a young child. Too bad because nothing to complain about for the rest of the stay.

The apartment we were given wasn't exactly clean. There were no towels and they gave us some provided. bad. The kitchen area was absolutely not adequate. It would need a good renovation because the swimming pool was also nice and the area was close to the train station and a shopping centre
