First time in Turkey and first time in this hotel . Hotel pool side quite big 3 swimming pool 1 is inside . Staff made the place exp entertainment team . Our room cleaned everyday and cleaners are amazing . Tbf Turkey is lovely country and people are helpful . We will book here next year .

The best holiday so far . My little daughter loved entertainment at the hotel especially Chuckie her best friend . Service staff was friendly . Food is delicious with lots of options .we already booked for August. Thank you guys for perfect holiday

Beautiful hotel beautiful people . We absolutely loved our 10 nights stay . Staff are amazing always friendly . Cleaners are so nice everyday our room get cleaned . Lunch and meals beautiful we enjoyed the food . Afternoon and night activities were fun . We recommend this place

Been in fethiye before really enjoyed that but this hotel more fun and more activities . Hotel and rooms are clean . Food was tasty and restaurant and bar staff were lovely . Around ghe pool area surf game . Coctail games . Entertainment team excellent. We be back soon

I have been to Turkey 5 times and this was unfortunately by far the worst. Any review I ever leave I really make sure everyone gets their credit and rarely complain about anything however this one time is very different. Checked in around 6pm just handed a key to room, no information on restaurant times/pool times/general info about the hotel. Room is very dated but this didn’t bother me as I see it just to get ready and sleep in so fine. Our first night, the shower broke. Took me going to reception 3 times for them to eventually come and fix it. Pool is nice but really cold, fine once you’re in but yeah quite a shock to the system. Getting sunbeds in the morning absolutely no problem, would still be beds around 10:30am. Entertainment okay, not great but not terrible (day time anyway) Night time there’s not an awful lot to do, luckily the shops/bars/restaurants are a 5 minute walk away but nothing going on in the hotel unless you like Shisha and the same playlist. Walls and doors are PAPER thin. No kids mini disco/evening entertainment just music playing poolside, nothing to engage guests to have a laugh and join in silly games. Kids pool in TINY as is the kids club, never saw it ever in use (glad it was a couple holiday and I didn’t bring my little one) Supermarket, tattooist, jewellers & bag shop all on site they came in handy. FOOD Again I am not one to complain and make the best out of any situation but the food at this hotel was honestly appalling. I frequently go all inclusive on holidays and always think when people have a moan “oh there’s always something to eat and you won’t go hungry” which is true. But not this hotel. Breakfast you had a choice of 2 cereals, scrambled or fried eggs, beans and last nights veg (?) Lunch was probably the best but only because they always have chips on. Dinner, again just awful. All the food is so watery and bland. Nothing for kids (chips and plain rice if you have fussy ones) We spent over £200 eating out as the food was just not good and my partner will eat anything- he wasn’t best pleased. Beer ran out every single day for a good 3 hours a time when the staff just needed to change the barrel then it’d be back on. We had one day where there was no beer, no vodka, no coke or no lemonade! Was only for about 2 hours but not the point. A lot of people we met were also very disappointed about the food. Absolutely gutted to be writing this review as I’ve only ever had great experiences in Turkey but this is certainly a poor hotel. My partners first time in Turkey and it’s put him off ever coming back which is a real shame as I do love this country. I won’t go into much details about the cockroaches around certain areas of the pool in the evening but yes, not great. Good points:- Fairly clean Animation team nice and friendly Easy to get sunbeds Good location for beach and shops But unfortunately the bad outweighs the good and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean and large enough for a family of 4. The hotel was great it was the second time we have been here. The entertainment has got much better. The food is of good quality. We never went with out. The pool is clean and well maintained. The bar staff are Friendly. What more can I say....

Best time we had lovely two weeks and came with a big family . Kids loved the kids club t-shirt painting , bag painting , sand painting and lots of activities There are also alot of activities around the pool. The Staff are funny and friendly, especially the entertainment team . Thank you see you september
