What a great place to stay! Everything met our expectations, and the staff was so friendly and kind. This might be the cleanest hotel I've seen in a long time. Every detail matters to these people.

We had stayed at this same Best Western a week earlier and booked a room for our return trip. The first stay was excellent. This stay wasn’t. The room smelled like sewage had backed up somewhere. It was pretty bad. We turned on the air hoping it would help. It didn’t. We should have asked for another room, but we didn’t so that was our fault.
Also-the caulking outside along the floor of the shower was moldy/mildewed and there was some kind of black stuff at either end. The rest of the room was clean, though. I was just disappointed with the smell and mildew in the bathroom.

This property is aesthetically pleasing, however, it was not as clean as I would expect. There was splatter on the bathroom door & wall of the room, oil residue on the remote, dirt on the inside of the fridge, & the hallway carpets were not vacuumed. Basically, the bed & linens were clean, but surface areas were not.
We didn't sleep well in this room because the A/C wasn't taking the humidity out of the room, so we all felt "wet".
The staff were great & were always so welcoming.

The receptionist was great. The breakfast was average. Egg for omlete was like foam. Almond slivers were stale. The bath tub was plastic and a little slippery. The laminate floor was also quite slippery. The hotel was clean and the room otherwise was nice. The hallway was musty smelling as was the exercise room. The stationary bike also was not working. Would have liked a hot tub after driving all day, but there was only a small pool

Hotel exceeded expectations and had a great price. It was quiet even with full occupancy. Great location, easy to get to and restaurants within walking distance. Planning on making another trip and will stay there again.
