Possible to provide an urgent hotline service after 6pm as not everyone is fully aware that its Reception closed after 6pm.

All staff were kind and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for me. I really enjoyed my trip to southern Western Australia. Thank you!

We stayed in cabin W, it was good. Needs a new washer in cold water tap over vanity. Would be good to have instruction booklet for aircon. Thank you.

On the Margaret River Tourist Park website a powered caravan site is advertised as "from $36". Hubby paid and it was $57.20. I didn't know this until just before we left. On leaving I asked why the difference? I showed her the price on their website. Receptionist said, "Don't you see it says 'from $36"? I said, " Yes, but why were we charged $57.20?" Receptionist said, "It's a seasonal price." I asked, " What season is this that we are paying $57?" She couldn't answer me.

Lovely place garden are beautiful and well looked after. Booking was easy they don't ask for Id, which is a little weird but must be them. A 2 brm cottage is very nice if you get one near the main driveway, which can be a little noisy. The cottages are very clean and comfortable air con only in the lounge room. none in the bedrooms housekeeping is a fantastic job cleaning staff friendly and always busy keeping the place very nice.

We looked at accommodation for our girl's weekend away, and the cabin we booked ended up being perfect for what we were doing. Great price and space for us to share for dinner and getting ready to go out, clean and tidy and beds were ok. Would stay again.

Overrated. They charge different prices for different people. We stayed 3 nights and with the discount $178. Other people I spoke to stayed the same time were all different. Wouldn't recommend. Workers on the grounds were friendly and helpful but not reception

Bloody brilliant place to stay. Clean comfortable just an all round excellent stay . The Little unit we had was awesome. I was blown away just how neat and tidy it was, had everything we needed for our stay. Do yourself a favour n stay here. Close to town. Quiet

Unsafe place Ice cooler with all the food and drinks were stolen, I went to reception to report it very bad customer they din't care, the should at least warn you about this before check in , still a see kind of ridiculous that I would have to sleep in the tend with a cooler and all my items, they should at least admit that it was their fault and compensate for it. I would not stay there never again.

The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed, even a small dishwasher (as we were unfamiliar with the model, we could have used some instructions!) It is very well located, within easy walking distance to the town centre and restaurants. The pool was out of service for a short time but with beaches close by, that wasn't a problem.
