The rooms were very spacious. Enough for two adults and an infant. Very happy with the available washing machine and fully stacked kitchenette. What you should know… there are clubs nearby and on the weekends you’ll hear people on the streets until 6 am in the morning… in case you are a light sleeper. Other than that we would come again 👍

Facilities all are fantastic, good for family to stay.

This is a newer hotel and the suite was very contemporary and well appointed. Having a kitchen and a small separate sitting area was very nice. The bed was very comfortably and, though some street noise could be heard, it was a pretty quiet room. The location was great - about an equal distance between the Prado and Puerto del Sol. Lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby.

I had a great stay at the 60 Balconies Iconic. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and having the washing machine was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a great property. Staff was wonderful & assisted with our luggage that was lost by airline. Only negative was there was a club nearby that was loud from after midnight until 6:00AM. I was totally impressed with the staff, desk personnel and after hours security that assisted with our luggage issue.

60 Balconies Iconic’s location is perfect…not to busy but very close to the tourist spots in Madrid… It’s a very efficient hotel and it will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Madrid

Me and my parents went there during my mid-winter school break. We stayed there for 4 days and all I can say that it was amazing. Apartments were very cozy and pleasant. Staff was very welcoming and nice. The only downside was that we were very close to 2-3 nightclubs so we would often hear loud music during nights but it was not much of a problem. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly reccomend it for anyone who would like to have a cozy and nice apartment right in the city center.

Great place. Only thing was missing is the pool and roof top.

Great property with clean modern room. Walking distance to Retiro Park and plenty of eating and shopping all around. Get an extra key so you can keep AC running when out or it won’t cool down. Automation for entry and elevators works but likely you will hit the wrong floor once or twice. Pool is small - sign actually says for 3 max! - and limited day hours. Only real issue was parking. It’s convenient, and if you pay thru front desk it’s cheaper - but make sure you get something for exit. I got stuck trying to get out at 330am on way to airport. Had to call parking kiosk number and fortunately someone answered. Overall would book again.

The place was wonderful so as the people who were at the service desk. Manuel helped us many times. He was very nice and helpful. The beds were super comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Highly recommended.
