Ulasan JMM Grand Suites

Layanannya bagus, petugas meja depan sopan. Lokasi sangat bagus, hanya beberapa langkah dari mal dan rantai makanan. Fasilitasnya bagus. Unit yang kami miliki sangat bagus dengan pemandangan teluk dan kota yang menakjubkan dari unit lantai 22. Saat memasuki unit saya perhatikan betapa bersihnya dan baunya sangat bersih. Mereka juga memiliki kecepatan internet yang lebih baik. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk staycation atau menginap lebih lama. Akan memesan lagi di JMM Grand Suites.

This location of the hotel is perfect since it is walking distance to Robinson mall and near many foreign restaurants. The apartment is clean and organized but the shower area is very tight. Also there was a maintenance issue with the pool so I was only able to use the pool once in my four day stay.

It was an amazing place . I will forever lodge there whenever I go to the Philippines

Not bad stay, elevators are busy , pool is cold even on hot days. Other than that was fine

Sad to say, i am confused about my booking. I thought the deluxe room had a kitchen, not the standard. But don't worry i love the place very accessible.

Location near Robinson mall plenty of restaurant to eat The room is spacious

poor service,even you pay for the extra person to stay they don’t give ameties for that person.

best location just next to the robinson in Manila, pro the biggest mall in the capital, also located nearby the korea town and japanese town, herd of eateries and authentic restaurants to be chosen

The place is okay, good amenities and location is near the mall but the wifi is terrible. Don't expect a good wifi from there.

I see always small cockroaches anytime I check-in during my previous and last stay. I told to all the housekeeping crew that next time I will bring my own insecticide to fumigate the rooms to make sure that I will not see cockroaches at the kitchen and bathroom. They have their own insect spray but only allowed limited use only because they will be questioned of over used by the management

No hot water in room AT ALL - BEWARE. A/C was weak - otherwise everything else was decent.

It’s good and quick to respond about anything and I love the location

Too hot , Aircondition located way too low …I have to request for an electric fan which was too noisy … Better bring your own toiletries…only one small soap bar provided .

My recent stay was pleasant , staffs are friendly and helpful, maybe just a little attention to the housekeeping team, to do fogging, I have seen cockroach in the bathroom and in the cabinet. Other than that is nice.
