Arrived at the Hotel late at night, the guy on the reception was very warm and friendly , he was so understanding regards to are issues and the late arrival 😀 then we Arrived at 118 and it was lovely and clean and very tidy .

Bad quality and no service at all. Too expensive even if is high season

Good location for ferries and a shirt walk to the old town. Pretty dated, aircon was not great. In desperate need of a renovation and updating

Staff simpático. O hotel é um pouco antigo, mobília, casa de banho, mas é confortável! A cama e a almofada são confortáveis, o duche é bom. O pequeno almoço tem pouca variedade, mas tem o essencial. A localização é excelente: colado ao porto e tem supermercado próximo.

Hotel carísimo y muy antiguo

This is an excellent traveler's hotel. Very convenient location at a reasonable price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and are available at the desk 24 hours per day.

This property is operating on an old system. Only one key per room, key is given to receptionist when not in room, no coffee maker in the room and one needs permission to get a coffee from a coffee maker machine. All staff very friendly,except one person in the breakfast room that rarely smiles and needs to greeted first for her to return the greeting. Breakfast selection very good!! I paid extra for breakfast and parking, but parking is not available. Location is good, walking distance to old town, though it’s on a Main Street that can be noisy depends on the traffic. Overall good property if you can cope with the other issues

Great hotel in an awesome location. Friendly staff , easy walk to Old town , port or airport. It's not the Hilton but I'd say there again . No problem.

This place is wonderful! Dimitri at the front desk is an absolute gem! The view from my balcony was stunning. Also, it's an easy walk into the old town. Other reviews said the breakfast was lacking, so I went to the little coffee shop next door. That place is affordable and delicious! There's also a really good fish restaurant close by. That restaurant has a great view without the crazy prices in the old town

Stayed in deluxe double for 1 night. Nothing deluxe about this property. Highly overpriced. Poor condition. Bathroom old & small. Hard to believe but breakfast was excellent!

Hotel in need of a major renovation which is a shame because the location and view are excellent.

I rarely give poor reviews but this hotel was awful. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything in the corridor (a bunch of teenagers shouting and banging doors until 4 am) and outside the building (loud traffic and airplanes flying very low above). The bed was tiny and extremely uncomfortable and the aircon didn’t do much so it was sauna all night. We barely slept a wink the entire night. The hotel itself is very dated and in urgent need of renovation. Totally overpriced and the worst hotel I’ve experienced in a long time.
