服務：前台服務人員不夠熱情周到，有點撲克臉。早餐種類也普普通通。 環境：電梯只有一台，沒有抽風機沒有風扇，好悶熱。 設施：所謂的書角也沒有幾本書。房間濕區漏水嚴重。 衞生：公共地方衞生一般，電梯寫着已消毒，但細看消毒的記錄已經是幾天前的。

在凱里凱亞德酒店（芒市人民醫院廣場店）的愉快住宿體驗 我們最近為了參加雲南格蘭芬多賽住在了凱亞德酒店，這次的入住體驗非常出色，尤其要感謝兩位員工——燕菲和孫叔叔。 燕菲是酒店的經理，她非常專業、耐心，並且迅速地解答了我們所有的問題。她對本地美食和遊玩景點的推薦非常棒，讓我們在芒市的探索格外有趣且充實。 孫叔叔是酒店的安保人員，他特別熱心，幫助我們整理自行車，還為我們指明瞭清晰的路線。他總是面帶微笑，對我們非常熱情，並且不斷為我們的比賽加油打氣，讓我們倍感温暖。 作為第一次來芒市的遊客，燕菲和孫叔叔用他們的熱情與真誠，讓我們對這座城市留下了深刻的好印象。他們的優質服務使這次旅行成為了一段難忘的回憶。 我們對他們的幫助和關懷錶示衷心的感謝！希望以後能再次來到芒市，當然，我們還會選擇入住凱里亞德酒店。 謝謝你們，燕菲和孫叔叔，感謝你們為我們的格蘭芬多之旅增添了無限美好！ Crystal 和 Rafe （新加坡） Exceptional Hospitality at Kayiyah Hotel （Mangshi People's Hospital Square Branch） We recently stayed at the Kayiyah Hotel （Mangshi People's Hospital Square Branch） during our trip for the Yunnan Gran Fondo race, and the experience exceeded our expectations, thanks to the incredible staff—Yanfei and Uncle Sun. Yanfei, the hotel manager, was exceptionally helpful and prompt in answering all our questions. Her professionalism, knowledge, and patience stood out throughout our stay. Yanfei’s recommendations for local food and places to visit were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring Mangshi based on her advice. Uncle Sun, the hotel security staff, was equally outstanding. He was incredibly kind, assisting us with our bicycles and providing clear directions to navigate the city. His ever-smiling demeanor, warm welcomes, and constant encouragement for our race truly added to our positive experience. As first-time visitors to Mangshi, both Yanfei and Uncle Le made a lasting impression, showcasing the city's charm and warmth. Their genuine care and hospitality turned our trip into a memorable one. We can’t thank them enough for making our first visit so amazing. We hope to return soon—and will undoubtedly stay at Kayiyah Hotel again!
