Very nice hotel in Mandalay. Excellent service. Breakfast is really good and with a wide variety. You can also have a complimentary drink by the poolside at the rooftop during happy hour late in the afternoon. I also appreciated that I was able to arrange a ride to the airport with them.

Staff are very kind and helpful. Rooms are very run down and not very nice.

The hotel is solid, but old, tired in places. The staff is very good, they do everything they can. The pool is suitable for swimming, the breakfasts are varied, the restaurant is up to standard. It is not noisy in the room. The bed linen is old and the windows could do with washing. Overall, a decent hotel, especially by Burmese standards.

The price/performance ratio is very high, and there is a great breakfast. I highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. It is very good, the environment is also very good, and the service is also very good.

Overall the hotel is fine. It cannot be taken out of the context of Mandalay. There are things that I must highlight, such as, the customer service was excellent, there was a legitimate interest in collaborating. The location was good, close without being on par with the royal palace and other attractions. The room we occupied was spacious and well lit. The bed was comfortable.

As a business hotel at this price, there is nothing to complain about. There is a night market nearby and a convenience store supermarket opposite, which is very convenient for buying fruits and eating. All the service staff are very very warm and friendly, and feel at home. The breakfast dishes are also to my taste. It is completely OK to stay alone. But if it is a family trip, the room is still a bit simple and the mattress is not very comfortable to sleep on. You can increase your budget and stay in a resort hotel.

The hotel meets the requirements. Convenient location. Service - everything for the guest. For example, they brought us the wrong cocktails, they replaced them and did not charge. For the long wait they brought a compliment. The room has everything you need. The Internet quality was the best in Myanmar.

The room was good except for the first day when the deluxe room was the same as the standard room. I couldn't understand it and felt discriminated against.

Good location of the hotel. Qualified hotel staff. After 08:00 pm the lights go out, but they have a generator. Wi-Fi works well. Breakfast is good. I liked it tasty and filling.
