Hot water is not hot, only warmth tends to become cold. In terms of similar prices, there are no facilities like other hotels, such as slippers, toothbrushes and small toothpaste, and no coffee or tea. To drink water, we must leave the room and put it in the public dispenser. This hotel feels very old school. The room layout is incorrect, and the closet hanger covers the air conditioner, so the air conditioner does not have good airflow.

Nice to stay here and is coming back again in early December. All the staffs were very friendly and respectful, always showing their big smiles. Location is within walking distance for solo traveller like me. Small money for small room for sure but is tidy & clean, (always provided me with an old towels) bed is comfortable, restaurant setting and breakfast is good (to me), but haven't tried their lunch and dinner yet. Should anybody wanna visit Manado please do not hesitate to consider this place for location, convenience, comfortable and most importantly is safety as a tourist. This is only my personal point of view ok.

The unreliability of Indonesians is fully reflected in this hotel. I booked 2 nights, but there were a few days in between. As a result, when I checked in for the first time, I arrived at the hotel at 3 am and was told that they didn't have a holiday and didn't receive my reservation. I called Ctrip customer service and the front desk found it again, but it took more than half an hour to complete the process. It was 4 am when I lay down on the bed. The second time I checked in, they said that I had only booked but not paid, and I needed to pay. I took the order and it was clearly prepaid, so I went to Ctrip customer service again. It turned out that it was because the hotel didn't know how to operate the bank card provided by Ctrip, which led to the hotel not deducting it? ! I was really impressed. I checked in twice and had three front desks, but no one understood. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service was very, very timely. Although I got angry with the customer service twice, I felt that it was mainly because Indonesians were unreliable. I was impressed.

AAliciaBobocabin is the ideal getaway for anybody wishing to unwind and get in touch with nature. I'm eager to go back and heartily suggest it to anybody looking for a tranquil and restorative getaway. The food is good, they also offered us bonfire and marshmallow (was so good). JJosi22The accommodation was really nice and beautifully decorated, with a lovely private area on the balcony. The location was perfect – we could reach many places quickly with a rented bike, and renting one nearby was easy. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, making the stay even more enjoyable. There were a few small things, like no soap, only one towel for two people, and the water getting cold quickly, but these were just minor details. Once we mentioned them to the reception, they were quickly resolved.
Overall, it was a great stay, the price was absolutely fair, and I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

GGuest UserStayed for a week and overall it was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the cleaning guys helped us tidy it up every day. Even though my things were all scattered, they were very patient and arranged them neatly. The air conditioner was also new and made no noise. It was cool enough. The front desk service was responsive and timely, and they were very enthusiastic and responsive to us. Anyone who needed help was always there. There was a guy at the door every day who would help open the door and welcome you. The hot water was not enough for me and it got cold after two or three minutes. But I found that in Southeast Asian countries There is no hot water, which is very distressing. Also, although it is very close to a big shopping mall, taxis are a bit difficult to hail and have to wait for a long time. I forgot to improve.

GGuest User1. Since the day before yesterday, there has been a problem with the use of the card in the room. You need to go to the lobby to swipe it many times before you can use it. It's very troublesome to go up and down, but you didn't notice.
2. Yesterday's room card continued to have this problem, from the 3rd floor to the 15th floor to cycle three times to swipe the card.Very poor experience.
3. There wasn't any cleaning of the room today, but I'm sure someone entered the room. And I didn't do anything.
4. When we returned to the hotel at 18:00 this afternoon, the key card continued not to work. The two of us cycled four times from the 3rd floor to the 15th floor, and the key card still did not work until the engineer came to change the battery. During this time, we had just returned from a dive and needed to use the room with our luggage, fatigue and wet clothes, but it took 45 minutes to get into the room. Our experience was very poor.

JJakeIf you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here.
This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there.
The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba.
To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

FFiladelThis hotel actually have a good location, it is close to shopping centre. But the Lobby area is in the second floor and have no aircond. But the receptionist and all the staff were nice. At the beginning we enter the building in the basement, where was the elevator, it was really smell smoke. And the floor where was our room also smell smoke. The first room we got actually was nice with the sea view. But the AC was too noise. So we moved to other room. But unfortunetly there was no hot water. The breakfast was simple, but the place where we had breakfast was in the roof with the nice view

The best part of the stay was definitely the room with a seaview—waking up to the stunning view of the ocean and the Manado Tua Island was simply breathtaking. However, I found that the room was a bit old and could benefit from some updates, particularly in the furniture and decor. The breakfast at Aryaduta Manado was fantastic, offering a wide selection of both local and international dishes. Everything was fresh, and it was a great way to start the day. Another plus is the hotel's location, as it is near many shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a welcome drink upon arrival, which made me feel instantly relaxed and welcomed. The hotel has a pool, but unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to try it out during my stay. In summary, Aryaduta Manado offers a great seaview and an amazing breakfast, though the rooms could use some refurbishment. The location is ideal for those looking to explore the city.
