Less than expected

Comfortable to stay, around 25 minutes walking to Masjidil Haram, around SR20-30 by taxi. Free shuttle provided but walking is more faster and less waiting time. Near to restaurant, fast foods and convenient shop. If you need to have towel exchange, or housekeeping services, or replenish tea and coffee, you need to make request.

I tried multiple 3-star hotels before, this was one of the best in terms of the cleanliness. They have a bus that takes you near the masjid.

The road to Haram was not expected with slopes and hills you get tired before you get there was really a shame not expected. There were shuttle buses but also not possible no difference after getting off also hills again no difference at all shame will certainly not recommend due to location. Furthermore the hotel was good

We had a little trouble finding the hotel, Google is not accurate. I was surprised that my reservation did not include a parking space, although I was keen to reserve a parking space. The night receptionist was not friendly, and the restaurant employee was not friendly either. The morning reception was the most wonderful and erased the bad things from him, may God bless him. As for the room, it was a bit small, the bed was separate, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom gets full marks, no mistake.

English: My mother is still there now and says she is staying in a room that doesn't even see sunlight. The food is bad and there is no cleaning whatsoever. Don’t go.
