An amazing stay..hotel very near to women gate (16-17) and male gate (17-18)..not to far from gate 25 (women’s raudhah).. Very convenient stay and would recommend to other travelers..worth for money!

Very nice and comfortable, but there is no parking, the price is very cheap, the cleanliness is high, and the service is good. I recommend it.

One of cheapest hotels in comparison to how close it is to to masjid Al haram. Basically 3 minute walk distance after reaching lobby door.

Pullman Zamzam Makkah is an excellent choice for families performing Umrah. It offers a convenient location, luxurious accommodations, excellent amenities, and friendly service. Please read some the negative reviews because there true. Oldish hotel with damaged furniture in the rooms (both of the rooms I stayed in was the same). Awful service by most staff members. When I mentioned the poor service to the management (really slow room service/house keeping) I was told that I ‘haven’t spent a lot honestly one of the worst check in and service I’ve ever received. Location is the only wow factor for this hotel

The service was amazing , the restaurant was perfect , international cuisine moroccan food was the best , the view was incredible , the restaurant manager was respectful , the staff in the pic and baggage staff ( zin islam ) i think his name , the whole experience is great my only comment about the security guys that you hired during ramadan not respectful , the hotel administration need to guide this guys how to communicate with guests.

The service is very good, the breakfast is also good, and the lobby environment is very warm.

Extremely hard to access with vehicle and at the top of that they have only parking paid per hour !! 23 SAR per hour is crazy. You have to leave your car in public parking lot unattended to be able to stay at this hotel. Smoking is allowed in all floors except for two floors which is extremely weird choice from the hotel management !! The windows in the rooms are sealed due to unknown reason !! Really one of strangest stays . The only good thing about this hotel is how close is it to Haram
