"As soon as I arrived I noticed that the toilet seat was moving a lot because it wasn't fixed. So I went down to reception and asked if they would kindly change my room, and they told me they were fully booked. In the meantime I went to have dinner asking if they could fix it... but when I returned I was told by the receptionist that it wasn't possible. But when I arrived it was full of people checking in, so if they wanted they could change my room... When I used the sink I had other unpleasant surprises as it was clogged and wouldn't drain, and the shower also had little pressure. Under the bed there were flakes of dust, I mention them because I dropped something and that's the only reason I noticed it. In this regard, I think that the cleaning ladies must report when something is wrong or broken so that these very unpleasant situations that make the desire to return do not occur."

"I was lucky to get one of the new rooms #210 which is in a separate section of the hotel. The outside area to this section is still being worked on. The room was spacious, nice bathroom/shower, very comfortable bed and everything was clean. There is a small refrigerator which is convenient. There are still some minor, cosmetic finishes required that I’m sure will be taken care of once the building renovations are completely finished. My only complaint is that the room stank of stale cigarette smoke, I opened all the windows but it did nothing. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is well-located, with a fairly modern structure and convenient for my travels. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything I needed for my short stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Wi-Fi and a minibar were provided. Breakfast was not extensive, but it was in line with similarly sized hotels. There was ample parking. "The facility is very good, with plenty of parking, and the furniture, bathroom, and mattress are good and suitable for business trips. The only major issue is that the rooms aren't soundproofed. The walls are made of plasterboard, which doesn't even have rock wool or any other material to block out the noise. It feels like the same room is next door, and people talking on the phone are nearby. Another issue is the lack of a desk chair, and instead, there's just an ottoman, which causes back problems. Otherwise, it's acceptable for short business stays."

"Splendid structure in the heart of the Treviso countryside which conveys a great sense of peace and tranquility. The staff at the reception were very friendly and very quick in processing check-in and check-out. Excellent breakfast with excellent products both sweet and savory... and finally a hotel where the coffee is not dispensed from a vending machine but from the bar! Very thorough cleaning both in the common areas and in the room. Rooms with SKY and NETFLIX service. We did not use the WET ZONE (SPA) but we did use the massage centre, and I must say that it is an experience absolutely worth repeating due to the high professionalism and the benefit reported afterwards. Sincere congratulations! Quality of rest/sleep more than excellent given that our room (312 DE-LUXE) overlooked the lake. Excellent soundproofing. Very large and functional room as well as the bathroom. No judgment on the restaurant as it was not used. An ideal place for those who want to regenerate and find an environment of absolute serenity.
